Hi CVK, thanks for the opportunity. Just a couple of questions on the datacenter. General understanding in market is that 1 gigawatt of capacity will cost roughly $60 to $80 billion if we were to provide AI datacenters on a full stack mode. So, 50-megawatt capacity should require nearly INR30,000 crores of overall investment even if that is spread over multiple years. Is that a fair assessment or since we are targeting this to more of training SLMs, will the economics be any different?
Okay, so the second question is there's almost 100 gigawatt s of announced AI datacenter investments in the pipeline and recently some of the companies like SpaceX and Meta, they decided to sell or lease their compute. So, in the backdrop, the growing perception is that compute may not be as scarce as it is made out to be, or maybe we are at the frag end of compute-related bottlenecks. By the time our proposed 50-megawatt capacity becomes fully operational, if the compute demand cycle were to turn for whatsoever reasons, how do you think of the tenancy ratios here and ROICs of the proposed investment?

Hi, CVK. Just one clarification. These two SAP programs and the two Telecom accounts, are they overlapping or are they two separate events? Number two, what gives us the confidence that these two might be isolated events and there is no underlying factorial or causality driving this at a vertical level, at either a Telecom vertical level or maybe in a broader set of SAP implementation programs or in any geography at this stage? And the third one if I may squeeze in, if you add back that 50 basis points of impact because of these two accounts, still it would be like you are essentially talking about 2% to 5% kind of growth in services, which might be a bit tad softer than what we are anticipating. So anything to explain that delta, that would be helpful. Thank you.
Fair enough, CVK. Thanks a lot.

Hi, CVK. Congrats on a great quarter. My question is the existing data centre infra has to be repurposed or upgraded for AI use cases like inferencing or model training because of the capacity constraints globally. How does that feed into demand for our IMS segment? And when you talk about “Day -1” kind of opportunity, is this already playing out in some form and fashion?
Got it, sir. And just one question on margins to Shiv. ER&D has shown very good growth; the sequential margin drop seems to be a bit surprising. Is that largely because of the restructuring costs going into that head?

My first question is on food delivery. It looks like we have gained some market share in food delivery. So, is this primarily driven by the incremental demand that is being generated by Bolt offering, which is the 15-minute delivery offering? Or is it more of a broad-based market share gain across the existing portfolio of food delivery as well?
Sure, Rohit. Just on the food delivery, just a follow-up.

Hi, Mohit. Congrats on a good all -round performance. We have seen a steady buildup of net new deal momentum over the last couple of quarters. This, combined with the change in strategy, does that give you confidence of meeting industry average growth in the near term on a sequential basis maybe, given that Y-o-Y numbers may take some time to reflect?
And your deal wins reflect and also one of your larger competitors called it out that there is a renewed interest among global telecos in upping discretionary spends. So, finally, can we call out an inflection point in the comms vertical?
