My question is on the data centre side of it. Just to understand, you did say that it would be a -- revenue would be a mix of -- depending on if you have an investor or not. If I can understand what would be like per megawatt rent that can -- that we will receive per month if we rented out. So, we would have some number in hand, right?
And is this per KVA, right?

Sir, my first question would be, I would like to know, our MCL, PLF is now somewhere around 83%, whereas we have been doing 90% plus constant for last two quarters. Can we say that, we're getting back at 90% plus for the next two quarters? I mean, is there any impact usually that happens in Q2?
And, sir, my next question would be, so what is our plans moving forward when it comes to power plant in Zambia. Are we eyeing for some expansion going ahead? we have got a decent set of cash flows that are coming and we are set to pay off our debt as well, probably in next three or four quarters. So, if you could just tell us what is the plan going on for MCL?
I just have the question on the real estate side of the business , I mean, except data center that what is the booking or the pre-sale number that we are eyeing for this FY '24, if you have got some internal estimates on?
But sir, the number you are quoting of 666 , that is a revenue that you are going to actually recognize, right?
