Even in a benign environment and even with all the operational excellence achieved overall, the profitability of the company is a constraint. I mean, if you take the one-time charge into account, the profitability is almost nil. That leaves nothing for the shareholders. So , my indication is whether it is the cost reduction, which is the answer to the question wherein IT could be a key driver and the administrative costs and the overhead in the other expenses could be curtailed further. I would like to have some thoughts of the management on this.
