Yes. Rajeev, I have two to three questions, if I may, I'll go one by one. So one is on the used car business, you mentioned that, of course, the delinquencies are still relatively higher and that's an area where you are cautious. A, first of all, what is drivin g this? Is this the pricing on the usual vehicle front if at all? Secondly, on this line item only. In the executive summary expansion that you are looking at accelerating this business, but on the other hand, you are saying that you are cutting down the business over here. So just if you can help just reconcile that piece?
Good. And Rajeev, on the line item that you have as a car loan of INR11,100 odd crores, that is a new car segment, right?

So I had two questions. One is, basically, so first of all, how is the management transition happening with Anup now being elevated and basically how internally it is playing out? Is it as per your expectations? And what are the changed roles and responsibilities now you are wearing. That is point number one. The second question that I had was also to do with now -- again, we have now numerous instances of RBI placing business restrictions on different entities across the shades of different regulated entities. So I wanted to get a sense of -- at least the comm on theme we have seen is that on issues that have been more recurrent issue between those regulated entities and RBI, those are the points basis which if they are left unaddressed, that is where RBI is stepping in with this kind of restrictions. So are there apart from this one instance which was there, any other pressing points that have been, say, more of a persistent issue? Any guidance on that front would be really helpful.

So I have two questions. One is basically what gives you this confidence on the -- sorry, the Urban B2C where the rising delinquencies, you mentioned that it is transient. I get it that it is lower than what it has been pre -COVID. But given the trends that we are seein g in the other segments of unsecured loans, even including credit cards, are you seeing higher delinquencies even in the higher ticket size PL segment? And how should one think of it?
Okay. And also as a corollary to this piece of the question...

I have 2 questions, Raul. So, first of all, on the asset quality front, just again touching base over there. So, again, I understand you are saying that next year, you won't have this, and you aspire to be at say, 1.5%. But the very fact that you will also be growing the book, right, and you will have incremental Stage-1, 2 provisioning. How can we be, say, at 1.5% credit cost also next year if your write-offs, say even in this quarter is at 1.4%?
Just one thing, Raul, can you give some commentary as to how are the prices of used vehicles trending? So, the commercial vehicles, the PVs, the tractors, and like recently and versus what it has been like 6 months or a year back?

So, basically with regards to this fraud, right, so over here, have you actually heard anything from RBI on this perspective? Because given right now the way RBI has hands on approach, is that something that you are anticipating? The second is basically we have seen that couple of other NBFCs or HFCs who have been transitioning to a centralized kind of model where we have seen some instances of fraud s that keep coming up essentially some of those practices which used to exist in a decentralized model, that not being possible in this model, so how do we get that confidence that any of these kind of things, not necessarily the similar kind of fraud, but anything different would not be there in other branches? And thirdly, basically from the perspective of growth since last 3 years, we have seen that Mahindra Finance hasn't added any material branches now in this quarter we saw that you added 33 branches. So, how should we read in terms of the sustainable, I would say more from the perspective of disbursement growth for FY25 and more importantly even FY26?
And actually, I had two data keeping questions from Vivek. Vivek, what would be the GNP as per the RBI in this quarter?

I had a few questions. So number one, was on your credit cost guidance of up to 1.7% is this what you're talking for the exit quarter or for the full year you are talking of, for this year?
Fair enough. Secondly, I wanted to understand more from, say, a medium-term perspective, you are retaining your 2.5% ROA guidance. Can you walk us through how it can -- how you can reach the bridge over there over the medium term? Because even if you say, take 7% kind of your gross spread, and then what is the kind of opex levels that you're looking at and then the credit cost? And how are we arriving at 2.5% ROAs?

Yes, hi Atul, congratulations BHFL team. I had one question, I'll just ask that and then maybe I'll come into the queue later on if at all time permits. So, I see your employee count has been reducing since last few years, and also in the first half, it ha s reduced. So can you tell us like what is the data on the off-role employees? Are they exclusive to us? And like, what are the roles that they perform?
Got it. And I believe you won't be able to share the numbers as of now because of that restriction?

Five-Star Business Finance Limited

I had two questions. One is that with regards to the growth rate percentage specifically, which is 25%, is there any logic behind that or is this just based on the discussion with the regulator or the feedback that you would have gotten?
My second question is that you mentioned that the 14% of your portfolio is basically overleveraged. Is this on a value basis or on volume basis like is it in number of the customers or by value of the loans that these customers have with you?

My first two questions are for you; Mr Pathy and the third one would be for Srikanth. So, sir, basically if we look at the business model that you have successfully scaled up, it is a process intensive model, right, and this is demonstrated by even your better asset quality outcomes ultimately on your write- offs, etc., but I wanted to check how are you able to scale up this business model successfully in the new geographies where you are growing in a non -contiguous manner because it requires your employees on the ground, you are recruiting right from the ground level up, so if you can throw more light over there?
Sir, follow up, so right now if I look at it, we have a INR 10,000 crores of AUM and the employee base is around INR 9,000, so basically w hen we scale up right, I understand from a geographical perspective, it will be still S outh heavy, but I think directionally we are also going to expand our presence in the newer states, the Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan of the world and in those geographies because, say for example, we have to build a loan book of say , INR 5,000 crores, right over the next few years, it will also require 5000 employees. That is like 50% of the current employee base. So, how are we able to manage b ecause that is one thing that I think comes up in terms of the ability to scale the business?

Let me ask the question. So I wanted to check on the new businesses, since last 3 quarters now we are seeing broadly flattish kind of disbursements, so what is the outlook over there? Or is it more of a conscious call? And also, if you can share the percentage of the CSEL book now being sourced through fintech partnerships?
Okay. And when you say you'll cap it at, say, at max 10%, is it like say more 6 months, 12 - month kind of thing? Or more from, say, a medium-term perspective, say, 3 years out also it will be like...

Actually, I have two questions and if the operator permits, I will add one more. But to begin with, you mentioned that the new business profitability will improve, right? But will it still be higher than the overall Company level ROAs? So, right now we have a PBT ROA for FY ‘24 of 3.6%, whereas the new businesses are at 2.4%.
And Vellayan, do you want to give that number? Like what could that ROAs look like steady state?
