Sir, am I audible?

My question regarding retail, how are you -- because you're doing mostly in your Tier 2, I'm assuming this if my assumption is wrong, please correct me. So if you're doing it in Tier 2, Tier 3 locations , how are you trying to get the customers and their trust because mostly their customers believe they do not go anywhere unless the doctor is prescribed and recommended by the doctor.

So we partner with doctors, right? So that's the understanding.
