Just extending on Maulik's question on the negotiations with the offtakers for the back-to -back contract. Now, I understand that it is from 2028, but you have signed a contract which is now DES, right? So, which was earlier FOB from Qatar. So, from a commercial standpoint, do you expect any meaningful changes in the nature of the contract based on the discussions that you've had so far? That's my first question. The second one is on the contracts that you had been signing for the expansion in Dahej , which is with the Deepak group and ONGC. Is there any further discussion that you have had with your customers that you can update us on in terms of new business models like ethane storage handling or say monetization of that CAPEX? Thank you.
Okay. Fair enough. Thank you.

So my first question is on the engagement with the government. So you and one other player have been talking about changing the way customers are charged from current 1 GB quasi unlimited packages on a daily basis to usage-linked pricing. Now I just want to understand, is there any engagement that you are having with the government to help you arrive at this because we've been hearing about this from the industry for quite a long time and no progress has been made despite three tariff hikes happening over the last 6 years. So is there anything that you feel that the government needs to do for you to move to that path of linking the tariffs to usage? That is one. Second, on the government front itself, DIPAM now has 49% shareholding. Are they interested or is there any conversation for them to join your Board? That's on the government's front. And the next question is on the settlement asset. Now your notes to accounts, Note number five mentions that you have postponed the receipt of the settlement asset to Sept ember 2025. Now given that your capex depends on funding, I just want to understand why you chose to postpone it instead of get Vodafone PLC to clear this settlement amount on 30th June?
Okay. I have a couple of follow -ups. Now you have accelerated the capex as far as population coverage and 5G expansion is concerned. So the 4G population coverage target that you had outlined, say, by March 2026, right, 1.2 billion, are you still on course for that? And I believe Sanjesh was asking you that question with respect to the tower count and network presence. Is that target still on track? Or is that getting postponed due to the fundraising, the current discussions ongoing on fundraising?

Yes, I have a couple of follow-ups. So, number one is on the new composite billing scheme that you have rolled out. Earlier, you were mentioning about a very different kind of energy contract model, fixed energy model versus reimbursement. Is this composite billing in the nature of the fixed energy model. Can you please elaborate on how this could potentially influence your energy margins in the long term? That is question one. Secondly, based on your conversations with telcos, how is the fiscal 2026 capex outlook looking like for you?
Yes. Just on that, one small follow -up. We saw that the capex has declined by around 24% in fiscal 25 versus 24. And this trend has been pretty much intact through the quarters. So should we take fiscal 25 as a new normal for capex? Or will it further go down from here?

Two questions. So one is with respect to the Passport, refresh that you have d one and launched in the south markets as well. So what's the update with respect to the variance of the Passport scheme that you have launched? That's question one. And the second question, as far as the franchise model is concerned, do you have any specif ic targets in terms of what proportion of your new screens will get rolled out in this model? And have you had any discussions or detailed study in the catchment areas where you will roll this out? Is it more a south phenomenon? Is it more on an incrementa l basis in Tier 2 and 3 cities? How should we think about it? Thank you.

Can you explain to us the commissions that you're paying to the OMCs for hosting -- for the sale of CNG through their outlets? That's question one. Secondly, you have commitments to invest in CBG. When is your first plant coming on stream? And what's the potential that you're looking at in terms of substituting your current sourcing of either HPHT gas or RLNG with CBG over the next 3 years?
Okay. And just one follow-up on the trade margins to OMC’s. Is there still any dispute between the industry, the CGD sector and the OMCs on trade margins? Or have those issues been resolved already?
