Thanks for taking my question, sir. Sir, let me continue with Probal’s question. If you could provide the detailed breakup of gas sourcing in mmscmd unit from each source like APM, NWG, HPHT, Henry Hub and any other we are taking it from the spot or IGX that would be really helpful ? You have already mentioned 0.5 mmscmd NWG. Apart from that, if you could provide?
Okay. So, sir, despite of sharp decline in Henry Hub prices and the crude linked prices during the Q1 versus the Q4 FY'25, your cost of gas per unit has remained flat. Is it because of APM deallocation during the quarter or is there any reason?

Thanks for taking my question, sir. Again, continuing with the same question on the CAPEX, if you could provide the breakup of INR 9,000 crore CAPEX for the FY '27, that would be helpful. This is one. Second is related to the tariff hike at Kochi terminal from April. What was the tariff hike quantum on that side? Was it a 5% or lower?
Okay, sir. So, observation on the cash flow statement side. In earlier call Q3 FY '26, you had a guided that kind of a INR 3,000 crore kind of a CAPEX for FY '26. While if we look down into the cash flow statement, it is indicating INR 2,500 crore. Is there any delay in CAPEX for particular project? If it is, if you would clarify on that side, that's one thing. Secondly, just wanted to take a guidance on the FY '28 CAPEX. Can we assume on a tentative side, a INR 9,000 crore kind of a CAPEX for FY'28?

Sir, considering the PNGRB regulations for the registration of LNG terminal, so sir, Petronet LNG will set up the 2 LNG tanks at Dahej. This might need a separate registration permissions from the side of PNGRB Board. And one more related, these regulation s also suggest that avoiding of infructuous investments, this might suggest the capping of the new LNG terminal in addition. So we are also planning to set up the Gopalpur LNG terminal. So do we expect any kind of delay on that side because of this registration regulation?
Yes. Sir, second question, India's LNG import has increased 8% on a Y -o-Y basis while the Dahej Terminal volume has declined 14% compared to the last year. Sir, this indicate that we are losing a market share despite the cheapest regas tariffs. Sir, any particular reason why we are losing a market share? And what kind of a strategy you have to arrest it?

Congratulations for the good set of numbers. Sir, 9th March, government released a circular regarding to the gas supplies to the priority sector and the gas pool price. My question is related to this topic. We basically want to understand for gas pool price, if you could share with us any formula or method of calculating the gas pool price or we wanted to understand that better on the side, constituents of this gas price, which type of gas is the part of this gas pool?
Yes, I have 2 more, but I would like to have answer on this, sir.

Couple of questions. PNGRB implemented 2 -zonal transmission tariffs. What is the impact on our cost of gas? Is it increase, decrease? And if you can share the quantum that would be helpful?
Second one, CNG volume growth of 18% Y-o-Y really a good set of numbers. If you could share the CNG vehicle additions in our geographical areas over the period of last 2 years. Along with this, if you could also share the CNG volume growth of your new geographical area versus the old geographical area? And the last one related to the APM gas price build-up. What is the share of corporate biogas blending in terms of volume? Is it more than 2% or less than 2% on the APM gas side?

Thanks for taking my question sir. Am I audible?
Congratulations for the good set of numbers and mostly on the volume growth side. Fabulous volume growth. Just wanted some clarity. As you mentioned earlier in a Q1, our total APM plus NWG allocation was at 51 which has come down to the 48. To our limited understanding any APM decline will be replaced by the NWG. So, the share of the A PM plus NWG remains the same. So, it should not come down from 51 to 48. Is it because that our volume is growing much faster rate a nd that's why the allocation in absolute terms like some 1 MMSCMD, 2 MMSCMD remains the same. But our volume is growing and that's why that share 51% has come down to the 48%.

Sir, as you mentioned, the clarity on APM allocation is till 16th May and further clarity will emerge later. But sir, as per our reading of government circulars, it is that CGDs will have clarity on APM allocation two quarters prior. So can you give us some clarity how this APM allocation will work going forward?
Second question is related to your volume growth guidance for the next year. We have reported closer to 3 MMSCMD volume in a Q4. And so, if you could provide some volume guidance for the next one to two years in terms of the CNG and the PNG, that would be helpful?

A few questions from my side. How many DTC buses phase out during the quarter 3? And now what is the CNG consumption volume of DTC buses?
Okay. Fair enough. Sir, second question related to unit EBITDA margins or EBIT DA margin guidance. We have been giving an INR7 per SCM kind of EBITDA margin guidance. Now we have posted INR5.4 per SCM in this quarter. What will be the parameters or the things which will boost up the EBITDA margins from the current level of INR5.4 to the INR7? Any broader idea if you could give us?

Thanks for taking my question sir. Sir, need some clarification on the APM allocation. The current 16th April APM cuts are for the full year an d we will not see any further cuts in the coming quarters or every quarter or every 6 months APM allocation will change. Any clarity on this?
And sir as you mentioned that the CNG vehicle additions towards 18,000 per month in FY'25 and which has improved from the level of 15,000 per month in FY'24, but sir if we look into the CNG volume growth, it is still only 6% on a YoY basis. What would be the major issue sir in the CNG volume growth despite a healthy or better CNG vehicle addition?

Thanks for taking my question, sir. As you explained the capex details for FY '26, but can you give us some funding details in terms of the data and equity portions for FY '26 capex and next year also based on your operating cash flows?
Just follow-up on that side, considering the INR12,000 crores kind of a capex in FY '26, our operating cash flows are not such as strong enough to support the INR12,000 crores kind of a cash flow. In that scenario, we will utilize our cash of INR3,000 crores which are already in the balance sheet. But for next year, from where we will get the equity portion? Because the next year also in FY '27, we are planning a INR12,000 crores to INR13,000 crores kind of a capex. And to manage that 30% or 25% of the equity to fund that capex. So, just wanted to understand on that side, if you could be a little bit elaborate on that side?

Questions are mostly related to the understanding of the LPG under -recoveries and the over - recoveries. In our result note, categorically mentioned that LPG compensation will cover the losses till the end of FY '26. So, whatever under-recoveries in the first half FY '26 will be the part of that compensation, and we will not get any separate compensation for the first half FY '26 amount. Is that a correct understanding?
So, we will have a window to ask them for the FY '26 under-recoveries if it is increasing.

Thanks for giving me an opportunity, sir. Sir, what is your understanding on LPG compensation, which will be in 12 tranches? Is it a 12-month or some other time period? My second question is, how much share of LPG compensation you will account in FY '26 and FY '27? If you give some kind of clarity on this matter?
Sir, my second question is again on the debt side, a sharp decline in the gross debt. Considering the EBITDA of this quarter Rs. 9,600 crores and the CAPEX lineup of Rs. 20,000 crores and the next year is little bit higher, any particular net debt to EBITDA or debt to equity levels we are targeting for the next few years considering our CAPEX is on the rising mode?

Congratulations for the good set of GRM numbers sir, I have received a few questions from the investor side. Sir, we also wanted to know the MRPL product swing ability like ATF to diesel and the MS to reformate. Is that played any role on the higher GRM side during this quarter?
Yes. So sir, we wanted to understand for the MRPL product swing ability like ATF to diesel and MS to reformate that played any role on the higher GRM during the quarter for FY '25?
