Hi. Thanks for taking my questions. A couple of them. So one on the sales growth, I understand that second half is going to be much stronger. So , which are the markets where you see this contributing, because we think Bangalore already off to a very strong start? So that's one. And second question is on Bangalore. Within that, how you are differentiating on product because we already see a lot of strong developers out there?

Okay. And sir, second question on the Bangalore side, if you can help. So my question is that how you are differentiating on the product itself? I mean, are you looking to have more of smaller ticket size, larger ticket size? Anything between that?

Abhishek, I just wanted to ask on Palava. I think in the townships last quarter, I think you’ve given a 30% sales growth target, but now you are talking about 20% for the current year. So, has something changed there?

The premium product that we have bought in versus the one that we are also talking about, can you sort of give some details of where they are and what’s the pricing looking like?

Just to start with Palava itself. So, you star ted your comments by hinting at some premium products or at least on the housing side. So, when can we expect this launch and what are the price points we are looking at?

Just secondly on Slide #15, where you put out a pipeline for FY’25, just wanted to check if South-Central also has the Alibaug project this year or it’s a FY’26 project?

A couple of questions. So, one the deal that we had on the I-Ven Oasis project in Worli, I just want to hear your thoughts on, how we are thinking about the product timelines and also why will you seek out PE while our own cash flows are pretty strong?

Vikas and team, very strong performance and congrats for that. Sir, can you highlight how you're seeing the pipeline in Three Sixty West from here on? So that's first. And secondly, on pricing, if you look at from a, let's say, a 2-3 year perspective, the pricing on Three Sixty has done quite a lot, but in the other projects it's also rising, but not to that extent. So do you see that gap narrowing?

Right. And you would expect the sales pace to continue?
