Thank you for taking my question. As a first off, deepest condolences from my side, too. Krithi, just to tie in with your comments of improvement in discretionary and optimism going forward, how should we think of growth visibility or acceleration beyond the current calendar, especially in absence of mega deals. If I look at bookings for the first half TCV, it's down 20% of course, with no mega deals that is compared to the comparable period earlier. So, any comments on how is the pipeline around some of those mega deals and/or the ACV and duration of what you've been booking? | 15
Secondly, how much of the weakness this quarter relative to the previous quarter is sort of emblematic of macro versus the temporary client-specific factors that you mentioned. How long is this expected to last?

Good evening. Thanks for taking my question. So Manoj, I wanted your thoughts on how should we look at a trade -off between growth and margins. So what I'm trying to get at is, would you rather be okay with growth at the current levels and 30% margins, which is what you have maintained in the past? Or do you think there is a business case for reinvesting some of these higher margins to chase better growth?
Okay. And to the earlier point that you were making, which are the subsegments that could be doing much better ? So you mentioned, I think OEMs, which grew 40% for the year. So would you expect a similar run rate in the OEM subsegment and which would be some of the other pieces within the business that you expect to grow faster?

Thanks for taking my question. Angan, if you have to look back over the past year, how would you characterize the performance, what you've delivered as compared to what you expected? And which areas would you characterize to be better than your expectations and then what has not played as per your expectations?
Got it. And any comments on the pipeline? Because the net new would need to accelerate meaningfully if you have to even replicate this year's performance.

Congratulations on strong execution in the current environment. Angan, my first question is on the $100 million+ large deal, if you could throw some light on aspects that led to this outcome, perhaps in terms of deal sourcing, the competencies that supported this win, nature of competition and the margin profile?
Thanks for the color on that. My second question is how should we look at the trade-off between growth and margins? And I'm asking this in terms of the room to expand margins further from here as you attain higher end of industry growth, this is more medium term?

So we did mention this in the call, of the change in the nature of deals that led to the disconnect between bookings and revenue growth. So my question really is that do you think the current levels of book-to-bill is adequate to accelerate growth? Or in your opinion, booking velocity needs to go up and improve from here?
Yes, just wanted to clarify on this point. So what you're essentially indicating is that if the book-to-bill remains at these levels, you could potentially accelerate from the 4% growth rate?

Thanks for taking my question. Salil, I had a ques tion on the headcount, how should we really think about that progressing over the next few quarters? It is been down 5% over the past three quarters with utilizations that have been flat. So how should we expect that to play?
