Yeah, Thanks for the opportunity, I have a question. If I look at since you r joining, you have done a lot of changes within the organization. And also you have done senior level hires. You have introduced new incentive structure. Also, partnership led you are talking about and the quality of deals has improved. But despite that, what we see that organic growth remains very muted.

And my last question on the margin side. So, when we are going to take the wage hike, and how? Because we have already seen a lot of improvement on the margin over the last two to three years. So, what is the near-term to medium-term margin outlook?
