Just wanted to understand, does your deal on Adcock give you provision to raise your stake further? And is the current promoter -- I do not know anything about the current promoter. Can you give some idea? Are they PE or are they founding promoters?
Just one final question. And again, this is when you say that Adcock can be 15% to 25% of, let's say, FY '27 profits, I mean, if you extrapolate on INR20 million, which could be the profit for you, that's around INR160 crores, INR170 crores. Are you saying that NATCO's FY '27 profits could be 5 to 6x of that number? I mean, by inference, that would seem to be the conclusion.

Sir, the first question is on the CDMO piece. Is it possible to understand within CDMO revenue breakdown in terms of what is coming from commercial supplies and what is coming from Phase I, Phase II, Phase III and how that will evolve over the next 2, 3 years?
Okay. The second question is, as the percentage of CDMO in your total sales rises and since CDMO is a higher gross margin business for you, is it reasonable to assume that it will take the aggregate or average margin -- overall margin trajectory of the company upward?

Sir, Gilead has issued voluntary licenses for manufacturing of Lenacapavir. You did saw one huge transition from TLD a few years ago. We might possibly see another huge transition in the coming year or so. And you are not one of the li censees of Lenacapavir. Do you see another disruption in the ARV markets in the offering in the coming year or 2 because of this?
No, I get the point that you might be there for the APIs, but for being able to supply the finished injectable formulations, you may not be there unless you have a license. And if the license has been issued, and this is already a marketed brand in the regulated markets with comprehensive trial data available, do you still think that it will take as much time ? I would have thought generally issuance of licenses are done only when market formation is on the horizon.

Good evening. So the first question is around, you know, the brand which saw patent expiration, I think OROFER, same. Yes, you indicated the impact on the quart er sales was 3% because of the expiration. Can you also quote the same figure for nine months?
So you're saying that, I mean, in the reported numbers, there's a 5% impact year-to-date of this one brand alone, which has brought down your sales for the domestic. And the base business for the quarter grew by 4%, excluding this one. And for nine months, how much would the base business have grown? Ex of Sanofi?

Good evening, sir. The first question is on the cash flow generation. If I look at the operating cash flow for the first half of this year versus first half of last year, there is a reduction. Can you elaborate on that? Is it largely coming from an increase in working capital?
No, but I mean, if the growth is in line with business, then there shouldn't be a reduction in absolute value of operating cash flow. Is there an increase in working capital days per se?

Sir, I have one question pertaining to the split of the acquired asset value of BSV into fixed tangible assets, intangibles and goodwill. If you could give a broad rough split, that would be very helpful.
And when you say intangibles, I mean, because intangibles would include patents, trademarks plus goodwill life. I'm presuming that is how it is. So from the perspective of depreci ation and amortization, it's is going to be trademarks and patents which will be amortized, goodwill will not figure there. So I'm just trying to understand that split further down.

Sir, on the Africa Branded Generics piece, it has been fairly volatile across the quarters, even in the past, and you have alluded to channel filling and destocking, kind of playing in how the numbers behave across quarters. Is this something of a similar nature in this quarter?
All right. All right. And then if I look at this year's sales mix, given your guidance of higher growth in Branded Generics versus Institutional and U.S. business, which are relatively lower - margin businesses, it would intuitively seem that the sales mix s hould lead to better margins year-on-year. In addition to that, you have added to your sales force in the past year in the African market, Asian market, and which should see an improving PCPM. So, if you reason it out, it will seem that there should be a good strong case for margin improvements. Is that line of thought wrong?

My first question pertains to the operating margins which have been on the higher side so far at least in the last financial year and the start of this year with reference to your past guidances. So, can you just help us understand are these improvements sustainable and what is a sustainable gross margin and operating margin we should look for?
And I think at the close of FY'24, you had indicated that mid teen sort of growth is sustainable going ahead. Do you maintain that that sort of a growth guidance as possible for this year and the coming two, three years given your order book?

The first question is , while you've given the profit contribution from Cohance is it also possible to give the operating cash flow and the fee cash flow contribution from Cohance for the year?
Okay, because I was unable to find any cash flow contributions related to Cohance. What I could find was that the net working capital on Cohance has increased and so also it would seem for Suven, if you could give some idea of, how to think about working capital for the year or year's ahead?
