The first question is with respect to the store expansion acceleration that we saw during the quarter, and it happened with very sharp improvement in contribution margin. So just trying to understand when the new store additions happen, does that have an impact more on the overhead cost below contribution margin level or does it have an influence on contribution margin as well?
Got it. Second question is on the data that you guys shared on store count and GOV city-wise, which is quite useful for comparison. Curious that this store count expansion is possible without necessarily changing the dynamics on competition because you think these markets are underserved or do you think this is also likely to up the ante on the competition for Blinkit?

Congrats on great execution. The first question is with respect to your comment on growth guidance of 50% mark, versus your last shareholders’ letter talking about medium-term growth of 40%. So, what really drove the change in expectations? Is it that Blinkit is surprising and doing better than your expectations? Or you have seen a better uptake in food delivery growth rate here?
Got it. Secondly, on quick commerce, is it possible to share some split of what percentage of our stores are franchise stores versus non-franchise? And has that got to do anything in unit economics for us?

My first question is with respect to the offshoring of large deal, just out of curiosity, isn't this something that should be part and parcel of the normal business course every year in terms of deals moving from onsite to offshore and impacting some amount of revenues . Is it materially different than what you have seen in the last 2 -3 years, which is why yo u are calling it out and having kind of an impact on your guidance for the next year s? The second question is on your medium-term outlook of margins of 20% on the upper band that you had shared in the past, what kind of revenue growth is required to hit that and where are we in the journey of our talent pool in terms of incorporating more of freshers and improving the pyramid ? Where are we in that journey? How much of scope is there to improve the cost structure to be able to hit that 20% mark?

Many congratulations Srini on your new role. My first question is again with respect to your success in mega deals. When you look at the overall internal win, your mega deal participation, your win rates, where do you think the work in progress is there? Where do you think you need to make some changes? Is it more about your participation or is it more about your win rates? Just trying to understand what needs to be fixed to be able to participate more in the mega deals.
Yes, my question is with respect to your mega deal success . Just trying to understand is this require more fixing on the participation side , proactively creating pipeline side or is it more about the win rates? You participate but the win rates are not so good. Just trying to understand what requires to be changed to be able to more consistently deliver some of the mega deals.

So, my first question is regarding initiatives taken by us to broaden our funnel to include mega deals wh ich are like $500 million plus kind of a TCV in pipeline and pursue the same. And relate d questions are also around the nature of bookings that we have had. Are they more on the cost side or more on the transformation side? Have we made any tweaks in strat egy to pivot to the changed market conditions when deals are coming more towards the cost optimization side ? Thank you.

Hi. Thanks for taking my questions. My first question is with respect to the ramp-up of some of the mega deals that was supposed to start towards the back half of fourth quarter. Have you seen them starting on time? And do you expect these to kind of create some momentum in the coming quarters?
Got it. Secondly, on guidance visibility, typically, when you start the year you have a certain level of visibility, maybe let us say, 65, 70, whatever that number is. Given that you are entering this year with significantly larger deal wins, would it be fair to say that visi bility would be slightly higher than the usual year for FY '25?

Hi, thanks for taking my question. First one is that, does your guidance factor in the current environment remaining similar in the next two quarte rs, or it further deteriorates from here because it is kind of implying a decline sequentially over the next two quarters? So just trying to understand, what is the underlying assumption on the current environment.
Secondly, you closed a couple of mega deals in t he last few months. Now when you look at your large deal pipeline, how do you characterize this? Do you still have mega deals that you are pursuing, which can close in the coming months?

Hi, thanks for taking my question. Just wanted to get little bit better trends on BFSI. You did talk about insurance vertical growing during the quarter across geographies. If you could lay out in terms of outlook within BFSI of subsectors, what's going to grow and where the visibility is higher, where visibility is still not there, that would be very helpful.
Thank you for the very comprehensive answer. Just to follow up on this, where are you seeing the unexpected ramp downs or behaviour of client decision -making within these segments, and any likelihood of that kind of continuing? I mean, are you expecting th is to continue in the current quarter as well?

Tech Mahindra Limited

My first question is for Mohit. You made a comment around that you embarking on this three track plan and making significant investments and changes. How to think about the duration of these investment cycle -- is it going to be multi-year investment cycle, and when do you think that we'll start reaping the fruits of that?
Second question is around different companies have highlighted different pockets of green shoots they are seeing in the part. So it'll be great if you could flush ou t the detailing in terms of where you are seeing some green shoots from a demand perspective, which other segments that you think will be the ones that will bounce back fast?

Hi. Thanks for taking my question. Firstly, all the best to CP for future. Two questions. On the margin profile, I understand that you will be sharing your plan in April, but just trying to understand based on your experience so far, what are the key levers that will help you to bridge that gap and attain the steady state margins?
All right. Last question. On the large deals, can you specify what initiatives are you taking and what would be the sweet spot for Tech Mahindra? Thank you.
