Sir, would you be able to comment on the pricing environment for paracetamol and metformin currently? Has there been any increase following the situation in West Asia? And also, looking at a 33% growth for the API segment this quarter, so wondering if there were any benefits from a better pricing environment?
Okay. Got it, sir. And on Ascelis Peptides, good to see the strong performance this quarter and the EBITDA breakeven. Just wondering how we should think about the coming quarters? Is this a sustainable level of performance that we should extrapolate into the coming quarters?

Hi, thank you for the opportunity. So my first question is on Granules Life Sciences, the new facility. You mentioned that you're undertaking validation activities there. So how should we think in terms of the timelines for starting commercial supplies from the tablet block that we have there. So can that be expedited given some of the issues that we have at Gagillapur? That's what I'm trying to understand.
Okay, got it, sir. And on Gagillapur, you mentioned that we've reached utilization levels which we had before the inspection currently. But the 45 days when we were impacted, was it a complete shutdown or did -- were we operating at a lower utilization level?

So, in recent months, you had some interesting approvals like generics of Toprol-XL, Protonix and a few others. So, can you give an update on launches of these products and how the market shares have ramped up and also try to understand if there is a chan ge in the contribution from our top five core molecules, which has historically been above 80%?
Given these are molecules outside our core, top five molecules . I was trying to understand if, there will be a change in the contribution or decrease in the contribution from top five molecules when we launch these products?

I’m looking at the segmental break up of revenues, and the F D sales has increased sharply on a quarter-on-quarter basis. And looking at the geographic mix as well , it’s the US market which is also seeing a sharp increase on a quarterly basis. So , it appears that we’ve done quite well in that market on the formulation side. So, what exactly is driving this , are there some specific launches or it’s the general pricing and demand environment that we are seeing in that market?
Okay. So, we can look at a similar run rate in the coming quarters, and maybe growth on top of this level going forward?

Good evening. Thanks for the opportunity. My first question is on the de-stocking which you alluded to. Is this specific to a particular product or one or two products? Or are you referring to a de-stocking situation which is more general across the portfolio?
And the second one is on this new expansion that you announced at Nacharam facility for oligonucleotides. So, just trying to understand how exactly this expansion enhances our offering on the oligo side. What exactly are we capable of supplying now versus what will be our enhanced capability going forward post the expansion?

Good evening. Thanks for the opportunity. My first question is on the new Ranchi Hospital. Is this hospital going to be operated independently from the existing hospital? And if not, then with 110 beds, how should we think about our ability to offer all the specialties in this unit? Wouldn't we be constrained by the number of beds? Or are we looking to expand this hospital further so that we can have more specialties here?
Okay. That's helpful. My second question is on ARPOB, both in the Mature Hospitals cluster , as well as the Developing Hospitals segment. In Mature Hospitals, not sure if you've addr essed this before, but the 9% growth that we saw this quarter is above what we've seen in recent quarters, where we saw mid-single-digit ARPOB growth in this segment. So, what's driving the higher ARPOB growth and how should we think about ARPOB growth here going forward?

Dr. Abhinay, can you talk a bit specifically about our O&M units? We've signed a few arrangements under the O&M model. So which among the 3 or 4 are currently operational? Was there any contribution for the quarter? And if you can also talk a bit about what exactly our involvement is in these units? Do we have our own people at what levels and the kind of capex commitment from our side?
And what exactly is the arrangement we have of people at what level?

So for the new hospitals that's coming up at Nashik, Thane and Bengaluru. Could you give a sense of the kind of ARPOBs that we are expecting there? Will it be in line with our current level of around 37,000, 38,000. Could it be higher? Because I understand that there will be a higher share of scheme patients when you start off. So any colour would be helpful.
Okay. And given Nashik commissioning is scheduled to happen in this quarter and then there'll be some losses that's coming from -- that's going to come from there. Will you expect to maintain the kind of margins that we've delivered in the first quarter for the entire FY '25?

Hi, thanks for the opportunity. My first question is on the rituximab biosimilar, for which we got an EMA authorization recently. So, will you be able to share some color on the timelines for launch and our expectations from this particular product? And for the same product in the US, I believe we are awaiting clearance of our facility in Bachupally, which was last inspected in October '23. So, what is the status of that inspection? Do we have a final classification from the FDA? That's my first question.
Okay. And on generic Nuvaring for whi ch we've disclosed a Rs. 90 crore s impairment this quarter. So , can you share what percent of the intangibles related to this product has been impaired? What I'm trying to understand is whether this product is completely out of our expectations? Or do you still expect some revenues from this product?

In recent months, there has been a lot of excitement around GLP-1 agonists, and we have also indicated plans to launch Liraglutide through our MJ partnership. I am trying to understand, for the other GLP-1 agonists which probably will see getting expired in the coming years , for instance, Semaglutide. On other GLP-1 agonists like Semaglutide, do we have any plans formed up as of now? I am also trying to understand the impact of GLP-1 agonists on other Anti-Diabetic therapies , like Oral Anti-Diabetic drugs and probably Insulins? Will there be a shift in volumes from these therapies towards GLP- 1 agonists? Do you see an impact of this for our business?
You have talked about three emerging therapies for you ; Derma, CNS, and Women's Health and I am assuming that we are adding Nephrology to that list of emerging therapies . How should we think about our in tent to get into new therapies from here on ? For the next few years, are we going to consolidate these newly entered therapies before we think about getting into newer therapies or are we open to expanding our therapeutic exposure further?

On semaglutide, where we have a filing in Canada as per Health Canada disclosures. Based on your previous experience with filings in that market, what are the time lines that we can look at for approval of this product? And on semaglutide again, in India, where the market formation is expected in March '26. So we plan to have a product ready with an approval by the market formation time?
And in the ROW segment, we've seen a very strong growth this quarter, constant currency terms around 17% to 18%. And in the last quarter, we had alluded to some onetime sales. So has that continued into the second quarter?

My first question is on Taro. Is there an impact on Taro's operations from the conflict that is currently happening in the region, in Israel specifically? And if you could also give some color on how much of Taro's products or sales is manufactured from Taro's facilities in the region?
Okay. My second question is on Nidlegy’, the melanoma product, for which you've announced the Phase III completion. So since you mentioned that you'll be leveraging your experience and relationships with doctors through the sales of Odomzo. Can you give some color on how much commercial infrastructure we have for Odomzo in the regions for which we've licensed Nidlegy’? And if I remember correctly, we have licensed this for Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Any reason why we haven't licensed this product for the U.S. market? And is that something that we can expe ct in the future?

The $20 million milestone income that you have booked as part of your specialty sales under your geographic breakup of sales this comes under which segment?
Okay. And my second question is on the specialty asset GL0034. I understand you're developing it for diabetes indication. Given the opportunity in the obesity space, will you be developing this for obesity For further updates and specific queries, please visit www.sunpharma.com or feel free to contact Abhishek Sharma, +91 22 43242929, abhi.sharma@sunpharma.com, Gaurav Chugh, +91 22 43245373, gaurav.chugh@sunpharma.com, indication as well? And given that this is such a large opportunity, is there a way to kind of accelerate the timelines of development if you were targeting the obesity indication?
