Just want to understand when you talk about 30%, 35% addressable growth in your business going forward for multiple years, so this growth is industry growing so fast? Or is it more like you're gaining market share? Or is it like you are getting in new product segment? How should we see this growth?
Got it. What would be the addressable market growth as you cater to multiple segments? But blended, what would be the addressable market growth? And lastly, when you talk about this growth in FY '28, you will be entering PCB manufacturing business. So pos sibly, this growth would be faster because of entry in that segment?

Sir, it's very heartening to see Nepal hitting 70% utilization. Is it possible to give what was the Nepal sales in Q3? And is it a fair understanding Nepal sales are not clubbed in this quarter in total sales volume. From next quarter onwards, it will be clubbed as it will become subsidiary? And initial color, how is Nepal margin and what are the ramp -up plans? How is the demand looking? That would be a lot helpful.
Okay. Understood. Sir, how has been the domestic sales since January month? Have you seen any pickup in market? And there were you talks about Morbi taking a shutdown. What is the progress on that? And what is your take on that?

Sir, as you have highlighted 9-month inorganic growth, possibly, can you highlight the same for the Q3? And lastly, I just want to understand what is the impact of the inorganic on the margin front? What would be possibly the organic and inorganic? Because your inorganic is a high-margin business. And Electronics, we have seen hitting double- digit margin, which we are supposed to hit FY '27 slightly ahead of the target. So what is the EBITDA margin guidance for FY '27 for Electronics division?
Understood. Got it. One last question from my side. As you have highlighted, normally, copper and PCB prices , hit is there. Can you please quantify what would be the impact of margin because of this in this quarter? And when will it get normalized?

Hi. Firstly, congratulations on a strong set of numbers. So my first question is if I see your India operations, so that revenue as you highlighted is Rs. 319 crore and EBITDA margin is 17.3%. So that implies EBITDA of Rs. 55 crores for India operations. But your EBITDA for Adhesive and Paint combined is lower than Rs. 55 crore. In press release you have reported it is Rs. 51 crore while UK Paints are profitable. So why there is this mismatch means what I am missing in this?
Paint is (-4) but it is (+4).

Congratulations on great set of margin on pipes segment. Now speaking on the Paint segment, so possibly if we see paint segment, we have continuously lowered our guidance. And this year, in FY '25 also, it looks challenging, maybe we might not be able to achieve FY '23 paint revenue. So something is not working out. And despite this reve nue reaching FY '23 levels, the margin has taken a hit. So what's happening on the business side? Is the competition intensity have increased in the market?
Understood. Got it. That is helpful. Coming on the adhesive business side...

Hi. Thank you for the opportunity. Just a follow up. As to have I understood correctly, so your interest cost which has increased in this quarter to 12 crores possibly will reduce in Q4 and maybe from FY ’27 onwards the quarterly run rate would be 4 crores-5 crores. Is this a fair assessment?
Okay. And how will the other income move which has taken a…it is only 4 crores this quarter earlier which used to be 15 crores. How will this number be in Q4 and possibly maybe FY ’27 some sort of guidance?
Supreme Industries Limited CC-Mar25.pdf · 2025-04-24
Sir, as now we have, you know, first we want to understand more on the Wavin India acquisition side. What sort of volume we would be targeting in FY26 and ‘27? What sort of margin we should build in? What was the idea behind the acquisition? And more I want to understand the acquisition more from return ratio why Supreme deliver industry-leading kind of return ratios of 25%? What kind of ratio, normalized ratio, maybe 2 -3 years down the line this acquisition can deliver?
Sir, I want to know more from the intent of like Wavin India acquisition. What sort of growth the management have in their mind? And what was the idea behind that…
