I wanted to understand the model that we want to pursue after the Indonesian slab becomes operational. We have been sort of utilizing around 85% scrap , and that gives us sort of the green advantage. At the same time, we are also now thinking about bringing the slab into India and using it in our process. So what is the intended scrap utilization post Indonesia becomes fully operational?
So we may not necessarily bring the entire 1.2 million ton slab into India. And in that case if you don't bring it to India, then what would be the alternate route of monetization and what kind of EBITDA we'll make on that? That will be on top of the INR18,000 to INR20,000, correct?

Thank you, sir for the opportunity. Coming back to the margin drop in Q4. You have seen the sharp drop in this Q4 as well as the last Q4. In this connection, I just wanted to understand the sort of raw material valuation policy that we use for valuing in the inventory. And is there any particular policy which impacts the cumulative impact gets recognized in Q4?
Right. The second question was about our guidance of Rs. 19,000 to Rs. 21,000 per ton for ‘26. Are we assuming any benefit of the anti-dumping duty? Or irrespective of the anti-dumping duty will we be comfortable to deliver?

I just wanted to understand your perspective in terms of the crude price has sort of jumped to around $70 level, indicating a potential sort of the risk on the Iranian barrels, as well as some of the disruptions in the U.S. From the shipping side or ship-crude ship tanker rate, are you also seeing similar risk getting priced into the shipping tanker market?
Another question was about the cash that we have been managing. Are we seeing any signs of some of the markets opening up during FY '27? Any green shoots, early green shoots?

Thank you so much for the opportunity. One question in terms of sort of some of the rates have been a bit tighter than and persistent through the tightness. You have mentioned that some of the contracts will keep on either a short-term contract or a new short contract to sort of continue to maximize the earnings from this tightness. So, could you sort of summarize at the portfolio level how much of short-term -?
Sure. I will do that. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the opportunity. One more follow up on the CBAM. Basically, the way you said is our emission will get certified till end of FY27 or so. So, in the meanwhile, would we be willing to sort of do the exports assuming the emissions at our end or sort of give a guarantee to buyer to compensate for the impact? So, how would it transpire during the period when the emissions are not certified, basically?
Second question was regarding the Odisha plant; have we also finalised the downstream plant for the product, or would we be announcing that separately beyond this capex of Rs.31,600 crores?

You mentioned that we have around 130 CODO as well as DODO stations, and you also gave us certain ranges of the throughput per outlet. So I just wanted to understand the thought at what level of throughput the dealer is willing to make investments into the station and ready to go for a DODO station? And how does the economics work out for dealer. So what sort of gives the comfort that they'll be able to sort of earn the good IRR on the investment? That was the first question. And second question was about you also give us a -- told us that 45,000 quarter-on-quarter vehicle additions has been done. Just wanted to understand the breakup between Gujarat and outside Gujarat as well as within Gujarat, where is the growth coming from? Is it largely the -- is it possible to give a breakup in terms of the private cars, commercial vehicles and different grading to understand the source of growth?
Just a couple of follow-ups. In terms of dealer incentives, what would be the range? Like what we understand is I think INR3 to INR5 per kg is what we typically the OMC charge. So first station is owned by dealer -owned, dealer operator, what could be the different range across different cities or different geographic areas? And on the vehicle as well, is it also possible to categorize them into sort of taxis, commercial vehicles or cars, is that breakup also possible?

The first question was about our refinery expansion. We have m entioned that we have achieved 80% physical completion. Could you highlight what are the key packages pending within 20% completion and what are their timelines? And the second related question was, what is the actual capital spent that we have don e so far? And how is our plan for sort of the rest of FY ’27, as well as FY ‘27 on t he capital capex spent for the refinery?
What is the plan for the H2 FY ’26, as well as FY ‘27? If you can break up your capex plan as well.

One question on the strategic review of Castrol. Wo uld you be able to share at what stage the exercise is and when is the outcome expected? And a t the India level, have we participated any data room exercises or something where buyers have started to look at it in a bit more granular details?
A couple of more questions on the operations. You s hared sort of growth across 3 different verticals. Would you also be able to share growth in terms of the rural, how much it contributes at this point of time? And what is the growth that we are seeing from our rural penetration? And the second question was about the base oil. In the opening remarks, we referred to the base oil volatility. Last year, when we have seen it, I think base oil price sort of had a bit of delinked with the crude oil price. So are we now seeing this sort of responding to the crude oil? And does it open up opportunity for sort of reducing the cost levels?

I had a question regarding our stand-alone numbers where our revenue at INR1,676 crores is down around 29% Y-o-Y. And our EBITDA, excluding the other income at INR353 crores is down around 47% Y-o-Y. What is the reason for sort of Y-o-Y decline during this quarter?
Right, sir. And in terms of sort of the decline in the consolidated result, where again the EBITDA, excluding the other income will work out at INR556 crores and was down 13%. Would you be able to sort of give more color around that as well?
