Hi, thank you management for taking the question. Three questions from me, if you can help me with that. So first one, I think on the ECB side, the dollar bond borrowings, of course, they have grown to quite decent portion of the overall funding, about 15% now. If you could just share some insight to where you think your target or any steady state number you have in mind as a percentage of your funding for the ECB borrowings. Second question would be around the new RBI guidelines. If you can sh are what has been the changes since they have been implemented in October. And I believe some of those measures would likely be implemented from April onwards. But just to get a sense of what you expect in terms of changes, in terms of growth, competitive scenario, or anything else which you could highlight. And just lastly, I th ink you made some announcement around this particular case about some retail investors having some complaints or some issues. If you could just share where that case is or what is t he, any quantifiable impact you could see there, if at all. That's it from me. Thank you.
Is it possible to give any quantifiable amount, how much of the retail investors are, what kind of losses being incurred, etc.?

Hi, management. Thank you for the time. Just wanted to understand two things. I think you mentioned about the AEML's plan for the bond buybacks which you've done and the cash surplus you're running. If you could just give some broad numbers for AEML in terms of what is the debt outstanding currently, including any short -term debt which has b een repaid or may be increased. Secondly, what kind of future buybacks we can think of on that line? And second question would be on the capex addition for second half. What is the target across the different businesses?
Yes, that's right. So, this was only for distribution, right? How about for the AESL on consolidated basis, maybe?

Thanks, management for the call. Just two questions fr om me. If you could just highlight what would be the debt outstanding as of December across the transmission and the distribution business AEML and also the cash balances which you're currently holding. And the other question was I think coming more of follow-up from the previous question about you do expect some tariff revision lower for AEML. Could you just quantify how much are we expecting for FY 2026 onwards?
70 paisa per unit. Okay. So that remains only pretty much for the FY2026 or do you expect it to be in the future years also to be lower?

Thanks everybody for the time. I just have a couple of questions. If you could just highlight on the capex side what is the total capex we are looking to do at Adani Transmission for the entire this year and how much has been spen t in the first half and excluding A EML and secondly related to that would be on the funding side has there been any new facilities or any new funding which you have arranged on the debt side to take care of the capex requirements and aside to that would be the go to market of the construction facility if you could just highlight how much is the availability there and if you are looking to add something more to that? Thanks.
Great thanks Rohit. Thanks. I appreciate it. So just to confirm the go to market facility or the construction facility the current availability is how much again?

Just a couple of questions from me. First one, maybe on the Q3 trends, if you could indicate, given I think you reiterated the guidance for EBITDA of 50% Y -o-Y growth. I would like to understand what are you seeing in terms of pricing and volumes for Q3? A nd the receivable situation in Brazil, is that improving or any changes in this quarter, which you expect?
Just maybe as a follow -up. So given these challenges, which you are seeing somewhat on the receivable side and also even at the distributors level, does it not impact your expectation for how Q3 would unfold potentially in terms of revenue and even pricing perhaps?

Just a question around the NCLT update on the conversion of General Reserves into Retained Earnings. If y ou can share where that is standing. And secondly, the cash balance which we currently have, more than a billion dollars now, and the debt outstanding is kind of similar, how should we think in terms of the debt versus cash mix? Probably you would be doing some negative carry by holding this cash versus the debt on the books.
Can I just ask a followup? On the NCLT side, if you could just highlight what is the procedural aspect which is still remaining or pending at the NCLT level?
