So my first question is on Powergen. So there's a decline of 7% quarter -- sorry, Y-o-Y and 31% Q-on-Q. So if you can help us understand a little bit more in terms of granularity, whether towards the end of Q4, you saw a decline, especially in the March month, given there was uncertainty of the tariffs coming in on 2nd April. So was there any postponement or delays in decision-making that led to the severe decline in the numbers?
Just to give you some more numbers on the volumes. So now in Q4, I mean, if I compare with CPCB II volumes and CPCB now in full this thing. So are the volumes back to 100% started growing? And any initial trend on that would be helpful?

Congratulations on a good quarter. So my first question is that you said that INR11,700 crores was the launch value. So against this, how much was the contribution to this year's presale of INR1,700 crores from the new launches?
Okay. Pavitra, my question is again, so now we have expanded big way in Chennai. Yesterday also, a big acquisition was announced. So first of all, I wanted to understand that what has been the velocity in the two projects, Icon and Altius, when they were launched, so the lease GDV versus sales we have done in this year? And how does it compare to Bangalore? And in context to that, I would like to see -- understand that if the velocity in Chennai is lower, so we are expanding big way, and also in Chennai, our prices, especially when I look at Velachery, almost INR20,000 is what we have given. If I imply the realization is INR20,000, so -- which is a premium of 40%. So what are we developing there? So do you think market can absorb that kind of a product? So -- and how will be the sales velocity there?

Congratulations on a commendable performance in this quarter. So my first question is on Brigade Gateway. So what was the total value of inven tory released and what was the sales contribution from this project?
Okay. And generally, how is the approval scenario now in Bangalore? I mean, we are still seeing some challenges being faced by some of your peers. So despite that, you have put up a very commendable performance in this quarter. So I just wanted to check how has been the approval scenario, especially in Bangalore now -- Bangalore and Chennai both?

My question is that this year, we have been impacted by losses in CNG, FGD -- minor losses in TBWES and FEPL. And now in Q4, you expect gross double digit. So for -- and also you commented on that new orders in fourth quarter looks to be very strong and pi peline is also strong, which means that our volumes will also effectively increase next year. From next year onwards, do we expect high single-digit margins, like 9% to 10% coming back? Or do you think still there are challenges which will impact the margins reverting to double digits?
Just on the cost again, Ashish, this INR 100 crores, which you have invested in CBG. So , shall it be classified as R&D or how does one look at it? Because you keep on investing in developing these technologies. So, whether it should be classified as -- should be capitalised or should be expensed? So how do you take a call because it impacts our margins.

Yes, hi team, congratulations on a good quarter. So my first question is on the share of the fixed price contract in the order book and are we benefiting an ything from the commodities. So versus last quarter, do think the carrying value of the cost and the fixed price contracts has it gone up or gone down? So that's my first question. And second is on, whether there is any downside risk? So , what could be downside risk to the current margin target of 8.5%? So last year we have faced some slight disappointment on the guidance. So, is there any downside risk to the current guidance?
Okay. And given the commodity prices where they are, are we now in a better position in these price fixed price contract in terms of the carrying value of the cost or whether it has deteriorated versus the last quarter?

Hi Pirojsha and Gaurav. Congratulations on a great year. So, my first question is on the guidance which looks to be little bit guarded. I mean you did mention on FY24 guidance there's 20% growth, but on actual numbers the growth looks a little guided. So, is it more like you are guiding conservatively and looking to outperform to the 20% number or is it like because of the current market condition you think that 10%-11% growth is what we can achieve?
My second question is on the s ales we achieved in NCR crossing Rs. 10,000 and almost Rs. 8,000 in MMR. So, do you think that even in this year when we have guided for sales so these two markets can grow or do you think now, they are maybe at optimal levels and there's no further room to grow from here on? And also, in line with that, what kind of business development have you planned out for these two market s? Because these two are the major contributors this year on pre-sales. So what ar e the buffer plans from other markets which can help us navigate and grow at 10% for this year?

The Phoenix Mills Limited

Hi team, congratulations on a decent quarter. My first question is on consumption. So now if I see a matured mall, so Phoenix, Palladium, Mumbai, consumption is almost flat, trading density is negative. Bengaluru, again, we seeing mall consumption is again negative, minus 1% further here. Pune there has been some growth, about 7%. So the malls are not even delivering inflation. So what is happening in these malls and what are we doing to improve the consumption here?
The only question here is that the traditional consumption format somehow has slowed down and which is the reason you are revamping towards more new age consumption formats. But do you think you have enough to fill in because you'll have to keep re-engineering this and then there will be a period of..

My first question is on the luxury demand, so large part of our portfolio resides in the luxury segment. So , what kind of footfalls you are seeing, have you seen any slowdown in the Q4 quarter, and is it continuing in this quarter , so if you can give some sense on the color, on the demand and footfall and conversion, especially on Three Sixty West and other premium projects?
Okay. Because Vikas last time you mentioned that you look to sell out Three Sixty in two years, this year we did about Rs.1800 crores, and we still have the current rate approximately Rs.5,000 crores of unsold inventory so now, what time frame you are looking to run this down?

Congratulations on a decent quarter. So my first question is on the India T&D piece. So if you can help us understand how much has been the total wins which has been announced by the utilities? And how much is pending award for the EPC or the equipment players as per your understanding?
How is the bid pipeline looking at for the year -- next year and maybe over the next 2, 3 years when we have large numbers being spoken on by the government. So in your own understanding and estimate, how is the pipeline looking for FY '26 and in the near term 2 to 3 years?

Yes, just on the Power Gen business, so you said that market was around 40,000 units plus, and now it's about 34,000, 35,000. So, is the difference attributable to the CPCB II+ inventory still being in the system for the last 2 quarters?
So, my question was more on like what in your internal assessment would be last 2 quarters, CPCB II+ engine supply in the market just to get a sense on actual how much demand is down because of that and how much it is down because of actual slowdown?

Yes. Hi, Sandeep, Congratulations on a great quarter. So, my first question is that the entire story around the renewables is well known and established over the next decade. And given we've been also talking about and being bullish on the commentary, so some of our peers have announced large capex plan like CG Power and Hitachi. So, as investors and analysts, we also wanted to understand your views on how you're looking at capacity expansion, whether within your plants, there is possibility of brownfield expansion, is the land available? So, over the next 5, 6 years, how do you think you will address the demand both from global market and domestic market given that the pipeline looks strong. So, what kind of investments have you planned out here?
But given the current capacity, so what percentage or how much can you ramp up? I think I understand you're close to about 20,000 MVA plus capacity. So, what kind of expansions do you think you can do in a brownfield manner?

KEC International Limited

Yes. Hi sir. Congratulations on a decent quarter. Sir my first question is that the ordering has been driven by T&D, so how do you see next year? Do you think this kind of performance can repeat? Are there enough opportunities in the market, both in domestic and global? So, if you can help us understand that, the demand scenario on the T&D side for the next three-four quarters.
Okay. Sir, out of this Rs. 16,000 crores of inflows from T&D, do you have a number on how much will be the HVDC's share in this?
