Yes. Hi, sir. Thanks for the opportunity and congratulations on a goo d set of results. Sir, my first question is on the margin side. So, on the gross margin side, we ha ve seen continuous improvement every quarter. In the current quarter, can you highlight what particular order led to further improvement sequentially? And how should we think of this going ahead, given the smart meter orders which are going to ramp up in the second half?
And so, how should we think about exports? What is the exports set in the current quarter? And you have your target of about 20% again from exports next year. So, how should we think about the journey? What will be the driver for this?

Balkrishna Industries Limited

Where is the bigger challenge in terms of demand, OE replacement, where do you see bigger stress? And what will drive that recovery, if you have some insight, what should we look forward to for the recovery to play out?
Sir, on the cost side then, if you can highlight, freight cost of late seems to have come down a bit. So shall we expect normalization in freight cost in the second half from where we are in Q2? Or do you think this will take longer?
Balkrishna Industries Limited CC-Mar24.pdf · 2024-05-18
Sir, my first question is on this volume side. Basically, if I look at India also for this year we have done very well in terms of growth, while the industry has not grown as much on the OE side. So some thoughts there what is driving that and is it more led by the replacement or OE or any color if you can give here?
Okay. So, do you think this is likely to sustain in the coming year or there is more scope to gain market share, and what will be the market share right now?

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited CC-Sep24.pdf · 2024-10-24
First question on again, mobile side possible to highlight some insights into the pricing for generally the customers like Xiaomi and Oppo, because with the pricing side we have continued to see some price. So, if you can just highlight some trends across the customers?
Got it sir. And in in terms of the ramp up, how do you look at in terms of customers , where do you see the biggest potential, and given your understanding and discussions , where do you see which customer has the biggest potential from where we are currently?

CEAT Limited

CEAT Limited CC-Sep24.pdf · 2024-10-18
Sir, on the replacement question a bit more. If we look at TBR, so we are gaining share. I mean, this is largely driven by – what are the drivers here which is driving our market share gain? Is it pricing or is it network, if you can just elaborate a bit? And in PCR also is this something we are gaining share because the industry is growing in double digits. So just some more thoughts there.
Got it. In terms of the mix, sir, if you see the first half mix, export mix has been around that 19% only in last year and even in this year. So if you look at the growth, then it should be also similar to our overall growth of about 8%. So how are we sort of saying that export is growing in strong double digits? I mean, they're not really visible in the mix.
CEAT Limited CC-Jun24.pdf · 2024-07-19
Sir, my first question is on the volume side, if you can share the volume growth numbers in the quarter for overall as well as replacement and OEM? And I have few more follow-up, I'll come back.
Okay. So in terms of the outlook, if you can share, I mean, how are you looking at the trends in the replacement side? What is driving this double -digit growth in the quarter? Do you expect some of these trends to continue going ahead? And any particular segment where you are looking at good traction?
CEAT Limited CC-Mar24.pdf · 2024-05-03
Sir, again, just to clarify this point, we have provided INR40 crores in the current quarter. And the remaining INR30 crores has been provided in the first 3 quarters. Is it the right way to understand this?
Okay. And second is, when you say that the quantum provision for the next year will be somewhere about 1.2% to 1.4% of domestic sales. Again, this can vary depending upon the pricing in the market? Or do you think this is largely decided and it won't chang e basically if you look at the full year?

Havells India Limited

Havells India Limited CC-Sep24.pdf · 2024-10-17
On the wire side, you mentioned that we have seen a good improvement. So just wanted to understand how sustainable is it if you look at the traction in the second half and our cable plant is also -- you mentioned that it has got commissioned. So if you look at the cable and wire category as such, I mean, a strong double digit or current momentum sustaining is something can we expect? Or do you see any challenges here?
And sir, on the profitability, you mentioned that this volatility has impacted current quarter margin. So has the commodity price increases being taken and from next quarter onwards, we should come back to that normalized EBIT margin level?
Havells India Limited CC-Mar24.pdf · 2024-04-30
Sir, my first question again is on Lloyd. I mean, after now quite some time, we have sort of come back to that double-digit contribution margin levels. So, going ahead in terms of outlook, a few things. In terms of priority now, will maintaining a double-digit contribution margin be amongst the priority, which you will strive to achieve or probably you will continue to sort of look at the balance between growth and contribution margins going ahead? How should we sort of thi nk about the next few years?
Got it. So, if I have to sort of go a bit deeper into how the improvement has happened, would you suggest that, I mean, it's more led by pricing and probably discounts coming down, which is more sustainable? Or do you think it's because of the costs going down because what I see in the near term is that copper prices now have started going up again. So, how should we think about profitability in the coming year?
Havells India Limited CC-Dec23.pdf · 2024-01-24
Thanks for the opportunity . Sir, first question again on this margin side in Lloyd we have seen a good improvement sequentially, can you just highlight it was purely due to the lower commodity cost which you have now or are you looking at any sort of pricing action or mix which has also led to this improvement?
Understood sir, but if I look at a longer term now it has been like nearly three years when we have been reporting sort of loss in this Lloyd entity going ahead like you are saying that summer season is expected to be good , can we expect some pricing action so that n ext year we probably come back to that sort of break even type of levels because of these efficiency initiatives also which you are taking?

Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited

Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited CC-Jun24.pdf · 2024-08-05
Sir, my first question is you have mentioned that there is a transitory impact of higher raw material costs. But if I look at the RM2 stage, that actually hasn't changed much even sequentially or on a Y -o-Y basis. So if you can just highlight, I mean, does this number factor in the higher cost and can we expect improvement as the costs have come down now? If you can share some thoughts, sir.
Okay. So you mean it will be a function of both mix and commodity? So assuming mix is same? Sorry.

Cartrade Tech Limited

Cartrade Tech Limited CC-Jun24.pdf · 2024-07-30
Hi Sir, thanks for the opportunity and Congrats on a good set of numbers. Sir, first, on the consumer business. If you can give some more color on the growth, how has been the used car and the new car segment growth? Any mix if you can share? And generally, going ahead, how do we look at further areas of monetization in terms of growth drivers for us -- for this business going ahead?
Sir, as we look at the marketing expenses, it has been, as a percentage of revenue, been coming down for the last few quarters. Do you think -- I mean, in case if we try to push more, there is a possibility of stronger, like 20%-plus growth by sort of raising our sort of spend on the marketing side? Or do you think this is the level of profitability we will try to achieve going ahead?
Cartrade Tech Limited CC-Dec23.pdf · 2024-02-08
Sir, again on the OLX, I just wanted to understand how has been the integration process. And you had indicated that we can look for some more synergies on the growth side when the platforms that consolidated. So some thoughts how you are looking at t he growth from the current numbers which we are doing in the coming year?
Got it. Some sort of outlook, like can we grow in the -- like the trajectory which we have for the standalone business, similar trajectory can we expect for the next year from the current levels? Or do you think that may take longer depending upon the execution about in the business?
Cartrade Tech Limited CC-Sep23.pdf · 2023-11-09
I just wanted to check on this improvement in the unique visitors we have seen in the qua rter, it’s been quite a good improvement compared to the last quarter. So any thoughts, what is driving this and given this backdrop, do we expect that the revenue growth trend which we are seeing in the standalone business of close to 22% for quite some time now, that can have some upside here also, as well in the medium term?
Got it. And second is on the synergy side. So, I understand on the cost side, but on the revenue side also do we feel that there will be some synergy which we can sort of derive post this acquisition or transition of OLX into our system. And what are the areas and how much can that go up to?

UNO Minda Limited

UNO Minda Limited CC-Mar24.pdf · 2024-05-23
Yes, sir. Thanks for the opportunity and congrats on a great set of numbers. Sir, on this lighting side first, just to continue the last question, I mean, if you look at the current quarter and just annualize it, so it implies a close to 16%-17% growth for the next year and we also have this new plant which is coming up in the second half, which you mentioned. So can you throw some more light on to which of the orders which are ramping up here and does this mean that, this segment can grow at more than 30% probably in the coming few years?
Okay. Sir, can you provide the breakup between four-wheeler and two-wheeler and where are you seeing the most traction, sir?

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited

Thanks for this opportunity and congrats on a good set of numbers. Sir, first on this model mix, which you said has been an issue in terms of the vehicle OE mix being weaker in the quarter. Just wanted to clarify, this impacts only the SMR vision or module segment, or there is an impact which is there in other segments as well?
Yes, so follow up on that is that if you look at the profitability, clearly, it has been much ahead of what we would have expected, and given the weaker mix, that was also a surprise. So, can it possible to indicate whether we can see sort of this sustaining or improving going ahead. And does this also factor in some of the cost pressures which you have highlighted on the labor side and other areas in the quarter?

Ashok Leyland Limited

Ashok Leyland Limited CC-Sep23.pdf · 2023-11-10
Sir, one clarification on the Switch investment. So we have another subsidiary OHM, which operates the buses. So do you think there will be any further investment required in the OHM entity as well?
Got it. And sir, what should be the stand-alone capex we should assume in the stand-alone entity? And second is on the Hinduja Leyland Finance, can you give us some numbers on what is book size and what would be any more investment if it will be required by us in the current year?
