Two questions. First, can you bit elaborate on your M&A strategy? Now you mentioned you are looking to expand meaningfully with assets which are aligned to your philosophy. So, which will be the market where you are mainly looking to acquire assets? And what kind of hospital in terms of size or the ticket size which you intend to look for?
So, if I understand correctly, you intend to look assets pan-India. As you mentioned, wherever opportunities are good, where there is attractive micro market, you will look to add assets there?

My first question is on your CGHS and International Patient business, where some of the issues have created some turbulence. So you mentioned about working on some risk mitigation strategy. And in the CGHS part, I j ust wanted to understand while we don't know whether the onco price cap will be removed or not. But considering the price increase happening in that part of the portfolio, how do you see this business moving in, say, '27-'28 in terms of growth?
Okay. So in international business, still say travel situation, etcetera, normalize, maybe we will see similar trends. And at the same time, the domestic growth should be taken care of any loss happening on the international business part?

My question is again on your U.S. exit guidance of $1 billion in FY '27. So you indicated a couple of interesting products in respiratory peptides, et cetera, which can help you to achieve this rate. So my 2 questions there. What kind of visibility you ha ve on these products, which gives you confidence that you can receive approval in this year? And second is for some of the bigger assets, what kind of risk mitigation strategies which you have already implemented? So if you can elaborate on these 2 points?
Sure. So when you say facilities issues are derisked, so most of these filings are filed from 2 sites, say from India and from U.S. Is that the case?

Hi, thank you for the opportunity. I have two questions. So, first, on your expected launch for FY'27 in the US, so you mentioned four peptides and four regulatory assets. So, just want to understand what kind of comfort and visibility you have on these assets, whether you have got that date from the FDA on the basis of which you are confident that you should be able to launch these products and also want to understand in any of these, are there any URLs or any roadblocks which you are yet to resolve?
Sure. J ust to understand, all the peptide assets are from CMO site and respiratory, as you mentioned, 3 out of 4 will come from the US and one maybe from the I ndia plant. Is that the status?

Hi, thank you very much for the opportunity. My first question is on JB acquisition. So, you mentioned now you have 48.8% stake, and it will be consolidated as part of your financials. So, will it be a line -by-line consolidation or how you account for it before the complete merger happens?
Okay. Thanks. My last question is on Germany. So, we are yet to see a resolution of the supply disruption. So, what is the timeline? When do you think things can come back on track here?

Hi, Thank you for the opportunity. My first question is on your hospital business. So not specific to you, but I just want to understand your negotiation with the health insurance companies. Like how is it going? Because we heard some of your peers had some issues. So, from your hospital, either for existing as well for some of the new hospitals, how things are progressing on contracting or onboarding of health insurance?
Okay. And these contracts are generally for 2 to 3 years or you are moving for some annual renewal contracts as well?

Congratulations for the good set of numbers. My first question is on 24 /7 where we have seen significant improvements in profitability. So, as we can see, our operating costs, excluding ESOPs, were down almost 16% quarter-to-quarter. And I believe that is the key reason for better profitability. But at the same time, when we look at GM V for the platform, it is down around 14%. So, how should we look at your GMV growth ahead? And then you mentioned you will be cost neutral by end of this fiscal itself. So, I just want to have more clarity on how should we look at the GM V for 24/7 platform. And additionally, if you can update on some of the newer services which were added to the platform like insurance and corporate tie-ups, etc.
Just to clarify, you mentioned pharmacy, diagnostic, no change in how you book the numbers.

Global Health Limited

My question is on your Noida unit. So you mentioned you have already onboarded 150 doctors, including senior directors, et c. So are you broadly set in terms of having the required medical team, which you intend to put up there? And does 2Q FY26 operational cost reflect the Noida unit cost largely? And how do you see that panning out in say, 3Q and 4Q FY26?
Okay. So in view of great start for Noida unit and then largely, your team is now in place. Do you think Noida can achieve cost breakeven within 12 months of operations, or it can be sooner?
Global Health Limited CC-Jun25.pdf · 2025-08-08
Hi, thank you for the opportunity. My question is again on Noida Hospital. So, you ment ioned you have hired around 15 to 20 doctors for the unit and initially you will start with 300 beds. So, just want to understand, say, how do you open a bed? So, up to 300 in initial two to three months, how many will be actually operational and then at what occupancy level you generally open up further beds, if you can walk us through this?
Sure. So, day one itself, 300 beds across these, you know, different categories will be available. And as and when you scale up, maybe you'll -- your operations will pick up accordingly?

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited CC-Nov25.pdf · 2025-11-17
My first question is, you mentioned you paid around INR650 crores as onetime bonus and some deal-related charges, etc. So if we see that number as a percentage of the money which you got from the deal almost coming to 10%, 11%, right? So if you can explain, is this the global norm of paying such high amount to employees as an incentive? Or why you have like paid such a high amount? If you can just throw some light?
Anurag, can you specify like as a percentage, what was the actual onetime paid and then there are other expenses that will be, I guess, more clear?

My first question is on India business. So this antidiabetic portfolio, which is undergoing some pressure, I think we discussed earlier. But it seems despite launch of Liraglutide, we are yet to see any meaningful release there. So can you talk about it, l ike how long do you think it will take to really get over this antidiabetic portfolio drag? And then this difference between your secondary data, which is 15% against 8% IPM, there is huge difference between the 15% and around 4% reported growth. Like how we can assume this will converge and when that will likely happen? That's my first question.
Sure. If I can ask a related question, see, you are moving towards more profitable branded products, et cetera, which is in line with your long -term goals. But will that lead to a situation, again, you have a high dependency on a few products, a few big br ands and again, that concentration risk will play out later as well?

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited

Good morning, my first question is on EBITDA loss at the new facilities. So, I think last quarter, you mentioned by June next year, all the new units should be cost neutral. So, do you hold on to that? Or do you think that time can shift a bit? Any comment on like the margin trajectory, please?
Okay. And meanwhile, the margins will likely stay in like early 20s, the way we have seen for this quarter or with say, Thane picking up, we continue to see pickup over that time as well?
Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited CC-Jun25.pdf · 2025-08-07
My first question is on your new units related cost. So it appears that the losses which you have booked from these new units in 1Q is high. So how should we see like especially Nashik, Thane is something which I understand contributed towards the losses? So if you can share how do you see operations scaling up at these units? And what kind of losses you are expecting, say, for this year and FY '27?
Okay. So all these put together and plus 2 new units in Bangalore, which are going to start in next few days or so. What kind of losses we should bake in for this year from the new unit?

Anthem Biosciences Limited

Thank you for the opportunity. My question is regarding two opportunity segments, which you indicated could be interesting. If you can share any update on how biosimilars and generic GLP semaglutide opportunities are shaping up for you? Do you have any visibility of these segments contributing meaningfully towards the revenue in near term?
Okay. So, next ye ar when the innovator patents expire in India, at that time, during that time, this could be very meaningful addition to your revenue, right? Can we think in that way?
