My question is again on Kakinada. So right now, you're utilizing it for reducing your dependency on third-party KSMs, etc. So just want to understand for supplies to start to the customers, third- party supplies, say, to the U.S. and Europe, how long it might take to get the required qualifications approval, et cetera?
No, sir, I'm asking, say, like we are supplying from Unit 1 and Unit 2, which are GMP approved, right? So for Kakinada, when do you expect the GMP approval to come in, which will enable you to start supplies the way you are doing right now from Unit 1 and Unit 2?

Dr. Kiran, you mentioned there are multiple 500-litre reactors right now in operations for your peptide projects, etc. So, can you elaborate a bit more like are you like close to supplies or it's still like some time before you will start supplying to your customers? And also, if you can mention whether you are just working on the solid-state peptide or you are also working on the liquid state peptide also?
Approximately say in another 12 to 15 months, do you think supply can start for these products also?

Hi, thank you for the opportunity. My first question is, can you explain the Forex loss which you have booked in other income? So, that's my first question. And how much is the number?
Okay. So, it should reverse in coming quarters. And in Brazil, I understand the currency situation is not as, I think, severe as what we had seen in the previous quarter, right? So, compared to the constant currency growth and reported growth, I understand that difference has come down.

Hi, thank you for the opportunity. My question is on Brazil segment. So, in view of this channel destocking, how should we look at the segment growth for FY '26? And I think the curren cy issues remain, so, overall, what kind of impact we can see on the overall EBITDA margins?
That's good to hear. My second question is on India business. So, again, if you can bifurcate growth between volume, price and new launches. And you have been maintaining obviously above market growth consistently. But at current level, do you have like more visibility on say more synergies from Curatio or what will be sustaining this above market growth for India in coming quarters? And just I think on the operating margin part, should we assume 32% EBITDA margin is something which you will sustain in near term?

Sir, can you talk a bit more about the newer market where you're planning to enter? So, Pune and Warangal, which you mentioned. So just in terms of the market opportunities, whether we should look at this newer market more similar to what you see in the Hyderabad market? Or these will be more like Chennai or Bengaluru market? So, a bit more colour on that would be helpful.
Okay. So, Pune, you said you are in advanced discussion. When will this discussion likely result in concluding the project?

My question is on your respiratory launches planned in the U.S. So starting with Advair, will it likely be a 1H launch or it will go to 2H? And then for remaining launches, Symbicort and other inhalation products, I remember a few quarters back, you mentio ned that for critical filings, launches, et cetera, you will go for dual filing. So have you done dual filing for these products for risk management?
Okay. Likely be a second half launch, fine. My second question is on Lanreotide. So I guess we have seen good pickup. So when do you see it going back to the level where you have come off? And then like how do you see market share gain from there on? Like do you think there is sufficient visibility for you to gain more market share here?
Cipla Limited CC-Dec24.pdf · 2025-01-28
My first question is on Albuterol. So, in last two quarters, you have gained significant market share, now like you are at 21% market share as per your presentation. So, do you see further room to gain market share? And also if you can comment on the pricing environment in the Albuterol market?
So, like with this broadly stable pricing, and if you gain further market share, do you think you can gain like it will remain a substantial contributor for the US business that we can assume, right?

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited

My first question is on 24/7. I wanted to understand that some of your competitors have tied up with quick commerce platform to deliver medicines in 10 minutes to 15 minutes. So how do you see competition ahead for your E-pharmacy business? And also, for 24/7, on a stand alone basis, when do you see cost breakeven in terms of higher ESOP charges, which we saw in the fourth quarter?
Okay. Actually, one clarification, which I was looking on the quick commerce space. So aren't you a bit worried that your competitors might be taking a larger chunk of the volume because of this 10 -minute delivery or so. I was looking for some clarification on that part.

Alkem Laboratories Limited

Alkem Laboratories Limited CC-Mar25.pdf · 2025-05-29
Hi. Good afternoon and thank you for the opportunity. My question is to Dr. Vikas. In India, in some of the bigger segments, anti -infectives, cardiac, anti -diabetic, etc . in the 4th Quarter number, according to your presentation Alkem's growth were lower than IPM growth. So if you can explain or elaborate what has happened or which segments within these therapies are seeing some weakness, etc., that will be helpful. And with that context, how should we look at India business growth for next year?
Okay, again coming back to anti -infective, we are already towards the end of May. So how is anti-infective seasonal demand looking up because I think we are already into rain etc. ? So compared to last 2 years, it's been slightly muted.
Alkem Laboratories Limited CC-Sep24.pdf · 2024-11-13
My first question is on India business. So can you explain the key reason for like why Alkem has lagged market growth in key therapies like anti-infectives, gastro, pain and cardiac for second quarter? And in H1, Alkem is below IPM. So in that context, will you be revising your guidance of on par growth with the market for FY '25?
Yes. So just want to understand this acute -- sorry, anti-infectives piece better. So I think when we do year-on-year comparison, last year obviously was, I guess, washout in terms of low rain or erratic rain, et cetera. But this year, I guess, monsoon has been much better, right? And then in that context, I thought we'll be seeing a better pickup in anti-infectives. But do you think there is some delay in terms of seasonal uptick for this category? And maybe we will see some recovery in third quarter?

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited CC-Mar25.pdf · 2025-05-26
My first question is on your diabetes portfolio in India. So Glenn, we understand it's a space where competition is definitely rising up, but the kind of weakness we are seeing in the portfolio, it's a bit difficult to understand. If you can help explaining what is leading to such muted performance there?
Okay. So apart from these 2 products, remo and teneligliptin, can you say like your base products are broadly stable or we are seeing...

Max Healthcare Institute Limited

Max Healthcare Institute Limited CC-Mar25.pdf · 2025-05-21
Hi, good morning, and thank you for the opportunity. My first question on your payor situation at new hospitals. So if I look at your institutional bed share, you mentioned it went up to, say, 33% in 4Q. So is it because you are putting more of these patients to really like move up in the occupancy, cover up the fixed cost? And then can you please comment on it?
Sure. So at what occupancy you choose to optimize between institutional or TPA patient? So say you ramp up to 40%, 45% or what level you take that decision?

Global Health Limited

Global Health Limited CC-Mar25.pdf · 2025-05-16
My first question is on Lucknow and Patna hospitals. So , I understand most of the patients are cash-paying patients like self -pay. And then you mentioned you have now empanelled Ayushman and some other schemes. So just want to understand, should we assume these 2 hospitals will mostly remain cash heavy and the contribution coming from the insurance channel might not be very significant in near to medium term. How should we look at the payer mix there?
Okay. Yes, I think I was considering only cash, but thanks for clarifying it's cash plus TPA. Okay, that's the fir st question. Second is your ARPOB, as we saw in last few quarters, single - digit growth. So Just want to understand whether you have any plans to take any tariff hike or like in the past, you will just continue to focus on volumes and business mix.

Syngene International Limited

Syngene International Limited CC-Mar25.pdf · 2025-04-24
Again, coming back to the facility, I just want to understand this Baltimore facility, apart from providing you footprint in the U.S. market, how different this will be from the Unit 3 facilities? Because if I understand correctly, both are biologics CDMOs. So how different is Baltimore facility compared to your Unit 3? And second part of the question is, do you already have some visibility on the project pipeline for Baltimore unit?
Sure. And similarly...

Hi, thank you for the opportunity. Erez, my question is again on Semaglutide. So, what kind of addressable market you are looking at outside of the US ? You mentioned a lot of markets will open up starting 2026. And with the kind of capabilities which we have built on API or on the device front, what kind of market share you are looking for yourself?
Okay. But any size indication, which you are targeting, say, for the bigger addressable markets?

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited CC-Sep24.pdf · 2024-11-11
My first question is on operating costs. So as like multiple new units will be coming into your network in next couple of quarters. how should we look at operating costs building up from here? And very broadly, what will be the broad impact on the operating margins? And extending it, since you have a big plan to extend into Kerala market where we understand operating costs are generally higher than, say, Bengaluru market, etcetera. So, over a long period of term, how should we look at the margins from current levels?
So from these assets, which you discussed annual drag of say INR30 crores to INR50 crores, not more than that cumulatively?
