My first question is of course this quarter was impacted by the lower merchant prices and lower offtake for the gas-based power plant. But is it fair to say that we are guaranteed a certain amount of payment for that till October under the existing PPA, so the Q2 should be better compared to last year. Is that a fair assumption?
Understood, sir. My second question is on the RE portfolio. Is it possible to spell out the capex which you have done for the Q1?

Congratulations on a very good quarter, especially on operating performance. My first question is on the EBITDA for Mahanadi and Mytrah. Just want a clarification. Are there any one-offs in the EBITDA for Mahanadi and Mytrah? There seems to be a strong growth in EBITDA for Mytrah in particular and a strong EBITDA in Mahanadi in the quarter.
Understood. I understand that you've been approved to acquire the KSK Water Infrastructure Private Limited. Is it possible to help us understand the synergy and the price you are paying for acquiring the asset?

Congratulations on a very good set of numbers. My first question is, sir, do we have the ability to produce synchronous condenser? And are you seeing any demand from the Indian market?
Understood, sir. My second question is, GE Vernova Global in its commentary has categorically said that they are benefiting materially from data center opportunity. I think they received a $500 million in the first half. But do we, which is GE India, has a ny product suite to service the domestic data center? Are we looking to pick up some order from this particular segment?

Good evening, sir, and thanks for the opportunity. And congratulations on a very strong set of numbers. My first question is on the strong gross margin. What explains such a strong outperformance on raw material and gross margin? Our gross margin for Q4 wa s 42.3% and 40%-odd in FY '25. Are there any one -offs or any large projects which we did, which explains such a high gross margin? And any colour on the sustainability of this gross margin, EBITDA margin as we go forward?
Understood, sir. My second question is, you announced a new factory for building the HVDC components and STATCOM. Is this factory a necessary condition to participate in the upcoming HVDC and STATCOM domestic opportunity?

My first question is on the smart meter. I think you mentioned that we have roughly 55 lakh smart meter as we speak. And in the quarter, we did 24 lakh, right? Is it fair to assume that by the end of this year, in this fiscal, we'll have more than 1 crore smart meter installed? And can you please help us with the revenue run rate which you expect from the smart meter in FY '27 based on this 1 crore installation?
And sir, the revenue run rate from the smart meters in FY '25?

Good evening and thanks for the opportunity. My first question is on the volumes at Jaigarh and Dharamtar. The volume numbers have been continuously declining for the last 3 to 4years, right? In fact, we did 12.1 million tonnes in Q1 FY23, if my memory serves correctly. Last year we did 9.8 and this year again we are at 9.8. Despite the underlying steel production growth, especially in this quarter from JSW Steel at 6.5%. So, can you please explain this anomaly?
Understood, sir. Thank you for detailed answer. My second question o n Kolkata Container Terminal. I think the entire Kolkata handles around 0.8 million TEU. And if I remember correctly, Kolkata has we won 0.4 million TEU per container and Kolkata is looking to expand. I think it is in the process of bidding out another 0.9 million TEU. And I think a bid is due in the month of July or August. The question is, if the price discovery of Rs . 4,678 per TEU is very- very competitive given the hinterland potential. Can you please help us explain this price discovery and how do you see the volume coming at this port?

Sir, my question is a note #4 and note #5. I think you are -- you mentioned that there is this impact of INR112 crores for the variable consideration, right? And note #5 says that we have also retained INR82 crores write-back. My question is, for the quarter, is it fair to say that the total impact on the profit is around INR112 crores plus INR82 crores, which is closer to around INR214 crores -- sorry, INR194 crores? EIL Yes, INR112 crores is our change order we could finalize with our clients. And against this change order, we have already incurred expenditure -- since we have already incurred the expenditure, therefore, it was a part of -- it was something as part of the turnover. Like I have already told in the company like EIL, where projects are implemented, and some of the works are always done, which is beyond the scope for which change order is always finalized by the clients. And generally, it takes 3 times. Expenditure is incurred first and then the revenue comes. So under this scenario, we have got 2 major change orders, for which, change order value is INR112 crores. And INR82 crores reversal is -- pertains to our guarantee and warranty. You know whenever a project is built, there is also a provision for the guarantee and warranty of the project. So we keep continuing to make provisions of the guarantee and warranty and whenever our d efect clarity period is over, and there is no guarantee and warranty is balance, then that provision is reversed. And this is the accounting procedure. So there is a reversal of INR82 crores, for which we have got this client permission to reverse there is no guarantee and warranty on this account.
Understood, sir. My related question is, sir you just -- in the note of 4, you are saying profit from operations for the quarter and the year. Does it mean that this is an impact on the profit after tax or profit before tax? EIL Profit for operation is always profit before tax. It is excluding the...

Thanks for the presentation uploaded. That’s very helpful. Sir, my first question is you have shared a detail portfolio of RE capacity. We are looking to add around 14 gigawatts on NGEL. Is it possible to also share the PPA status for the NGEL portfolio, broad number where the PPA is there and PPA which you're missing?
Sure, Sir. My second question is, Sir, on the commissioning target for FY26 and FY27, if you can help on the conventional side and on the RE side separately?

Yes. Good afternoon, sir and thanks for the opportunity. My first question is on profitability. Last year, I think we did 36 billion of profit on consol basis. It has declined to 30 billion, 3,000 Crore. You did touch upon on the various one-offs. But can you please help us on broader basis what explains the decline? Is there a one-off in the tax item? You said, it is MAT Credit. But is it related to the past period which is on tax, which you can just help us explain?
Understood. Understood. That's very helpful. That's very helpful.
