Sir, just had a couple of questions. So first is on the export side. Export proportion has come down, and it's lower than what we used to do on a normal basis. So , I just wanted to understand what's happening there and where we can see some normalization? And if you can guide some export -- how much would be exports in FY27?
Got it, sir. And sir, on the EBITDA per ton, I mean INR18,000 to INR20,000 range, which we have given for the 1H, and we are more than nearly 20 -- we are comfortably above INR20,000 in the current run rate basis. So is it that kind of pressure that we are seeing in the cost in the first quarter that we are scaling down on the EBITDA guidance for 1H?

Just had a couple of questions. One is on the awarding. I believe we have not received any new orders in this quarter and even YTD NHAI awarding has been very weak at around 500 kilometers. So, what is the sense which we are getting now for the remaining 4 to 5 months of this financial year? Because would it be another year where awarding is weak? Or could there be some revival here?
Sure. So, sir, based on the current run rate, what kind of construction revenue we are expecting because the growth has been primarily driven by the toll revenues, right? So, the core construction, what can be the growth outlook for this year and even the next year, considering the current order backlog and assuming the orders we win some orders in the remaining part of this year?

Hi, Sir. Good morning. Just had couple of questions. On e is on, you know similar to the previous question. I mean we have been you were expecting BOT projects to come by, but you know again F Y25 has been muted or despite the elections being behind. So, you know when we speak to most other players, they are di versifying into other segments, saying that there's a lot of competition here and there are hardly any projects which are even expected to come by. S o, just some thoughts whether we are also targeting some other segments now, that is first question. Second is how do we see this associate income moving ahead like for FY26 on a quarterly run rate basis?
Got it, got it. Just one last question. So based on the order book, what kind of construction or revenue we expect for FY26?

Just one question I had, most of the questions were answered. Thanks for giving this year -by- year assessment on how the ports business and logistics business will shape up. So my question is more pertaining to FY '28 where we see a really sharp jump in the ports revenue as well as in the logistics business. So just wanted to understand how that will come because we are looking at almost a 65% -plus growth in revenue across these -- across the ports side and even on the consolidated side. So how are we looking at it?
Sure. Just one last question. In logistics, even in FY '28, we are capturing around 20% or slightly lower than 20% margins, if I just take the revenue and the EBITDA guidance which we have given out. So in FY '30, we are almost looking at a 25% EBITDA margin. So what would really change there that we are looking at 600, 700 basis points improvement in the 2-year period from '28 to '30. Because by FY '28 itself, our logistics business will be quite stable so the margin should be ideally the stable state margins? Yes, that would be my question.

Just had a couple of questions. So first is on the logistics revenue targets. So we are targeting INR8,000 crores revenue by FY '30 and if I just look at the ports number, if we just take a growth rate on the current run rate, so that would again be the current INR4,000 crore annual revenue could double in the next 5 years. So would it be a situation where we are almost at 50%, 50% in terms of ports and logistics?
No. I meant the size of the business by FY '30. So your revenue from logistics will be INR8,000 crores by that time, your revenue from ports would be around a similar amount?

Just couple of questions. First is on the volume side. We’ve seen Dharamtar and Jaigad volumes declining on a Y-o-Y basis and one of the reasons you have mentioned in the presentation also Dolvi plant shut down. So, what’s the status there now and could we expect improvement in the second quarter in these ports?
And also, we have seen a 9% growth in volume that’s primarily driven by the new contribution from the PNP as well as this Liquid terminal in UAE. So, for the full year now , what’s the volume growth we are looking at based on the run rate, the new ports also contributing and also Dharamtar and Jaigad?

Hi. Good evening. So most of the questions have been answered. Just one question. So, the first quarter volumes have been -- in terms of run rate, has been below the full year guidance, so which -- and since we have maintained the guidance, it would mean that we expect much better volumes in the remaining eight months or so? So, in terms of revenue and EBITDA run rate, we are still on track. So is it fair to assume that we would kind of do more than the guided numbers or we are seeing some sort of maybe a realization or a margin kind of coming down in the remaining part of the year? Because if I look at the last year also, we kind of missed on the volume guidance, but we kind of beat the EBITDA guidance. So just some color on that, please.
Sure. Just one last question. We have mentioned in the July monthly update that there could be some spillover of the impact of the weather conditions in August as well. So what kind of impact we are looking at? It could be similar to July impact or it cou ld be even worse than that. Any thoughts on that?

Sir, just wanted to understand this volume guidance we have maintained for the full year. So, based on the kind of subdued volumes in some of the months in the first half, so it's a pretty tall ask for the second half. So, how confident we are on this volume guidance? Just some color on that.
And sir, this logistics business , we have done pretty well on the growth side. But the margins have kind of still been lower than what we were doing last year. So, just wanted some understanding on that, because as we scale up, margins we would expect it to slightly be better or equal to what we were doing previously. So, how are we seeing the margins here or it's more of a support play to the ports business and so margins really don't really matter much in that sense?

Yes. Thanks for the opportunity. So, just had a couple of questions. So, first is on the volume guidance. I just wanted to understand this, are we facing any issues related to Red Sea, any slippage of volumes, which we are seeing, because last time you had mentioned about 10% of the volumes are through that route. So, any update you can provide on that, please?
Sure. And also, the capex, which you have guided for FY '25, if you could just elaborate some of the key areas that you are looking for this capex, spending this capex?

So my question is more on the logistics business. So we have seen phenomenal growth, which is much higher than what the industry has grown. In fact, in this year, most of the industry is struggling and still we have kind of delivered a pretty solid growth. So how do we see this growth moving ahead because this is one business where we see a lot of these unorganized players also being present in this segment. So how are we looking at the growth? Has the shift happened or it's still 3, 4 years away where we actually continue to grow at pretty decent growth rates?
Sure. And also when we kind of started this business, and we were looking to provide it as an integrated solution to customers, so just any ballpark proportion as to how much of the customers are taking our blended service versus customers who are only taking the port services. So is it like customers are kind of taking it as a combined solution so that our logistics business is also doing well and port business and which was doing well?

Just had a couple of questions , firstly on the prices. So, we had taken some price increase, and you mentioned partially it has gone through. So , how do we see the pricing moving now in February and March assuming there is no change in the safeguard duty, or nothing comes up ? So, how do we see the pricing moving in the next couple of months?
So, you already highlighted on the demand side and what you are looking in the next two months. Just any update on the investigations, when could we hear something on that? Because earlier it was expected to be somewhere close to 20th, some outcome was going to come, but nothing has really come by. So, any latest update if you could share?

Just a couple of questions. So first is that the debt has increased in this quarter. So just wanted to understand how do we see the debt moving ahead by the end of this year and next year?
Sure. And just on the NSR. So, what we understand is that the prices have firmed up in October and even next month, some companies are looking to increase prices but imports continue to remain elevated, which woul d kind of contin ue till November. So how do we see the NSR moving? Cou ld it be more like just a INR500-1,000 kind of increase? O r could we see a sustained increase ahead in NSR as the demand picks up? Just some color on that.

Blue Dart Express Limited

Blue Dart Express Limited CC-Jun24.pdf · 2024-07-23
Hello. Good afternoon. So, just on the previous question only, so margins, this quarter has been lower if we see in the last four quarters and despite the revenue actually coming in the trajectory of INR1,300 crores, INR1,350 crores. So, what has actually happened in this quarter that margins have come off by nearly 150, 200 basis points on a standard basis? And is it more like a quarter thing and could it recover in the, from second quarter onwards? Just some qualitative comments on that, please.
So, in the coming quarters, directionally, margin could improve or, because, the growth in surface will always be higher than in the air, right, because that's where the, at the industry level, the growth is coming. So, it will be very similar probably for Blue Dart as well. So, that is not something which could be more of a quarter thing, right, that in one quarter surface is better or air does better, right. So, this margin trajectory, could we see a better margin ahead or this could be more of a structural thing and margins could remain at the current levels with, maybe some marginal improvement here and there?

Hi! Sir, good morning and congratulations on very good numbers. Just our volumes have going pretty well in terms of dispatches particularly. So this year we had earlier guided for around 47 million tons of volumes for the full year. So any change in that number or we would largely be meeting that number any comment on that, and also the volumes for next year.
Sure, thanks for the detailed answer on that, and we have taken price hikes in this quarter. So how do we see the pricing ahead now for iron ore.
