So, the first one on the -- what are your estimates or internal budget for growth in our various line of businesses for FY '27? And on margin, I think there are a lot of pulls and push -- but let's say, if we kind of combine all that, there is a positive impact of currency depreciation as well. Where do you see the FY '27 margin range to be? That's the first question?
Sure. And second question is on the -- what is the current contribution from the Medtech? And when will the Occlutech acquisition be concluded? And then when will we start seeing those numbers in the Alkem's numbers?

The first question on the -- our domestic formulation business. Dr. Vikas alluded that we had some higher base last year same quarter. But if I can see last year same quarter also, we had kind of mid-single-digit growth, right? And if I look at the 2-year CAGR, removing that whatever restructuring we did, we are still at mid-single-digit growth, right? So what is happening in our domestic formulation business that it continues to grow at a lower level, much lower than the IPM level?
On YTD basis, on YTD basis, we also have Adroit adding the inorganic growth and Bombay also getting added, right?

Hi, thank you for the opportunity. First question on the -- stable kind of profitability outlook that you've provided. Is it right to say given that you don't know what time it will take for the customer orders to come for dedicated capex projects? Is it fair to say the stable profitability guidance does not bake in any upside from these projects as of now?
In terms of the RM cost increases, freight rate increases, etcetera, is it also fair to say that the INR depreciation against a major currency like USD, Euro, where we derive our majority of the revenue, should be more than able to offset some of these increases?

The first one on the gross margin. So there is a sharp improvement on both year-on-year as well as Q-o-Q basis in quarter 3. If you could highlight the drivers of this improvement, that would be helpful?
Ma'am, on the quarter-on-quarter basis, the product mix remains like the CS and generic remains almost same, right, 55-45. So on a quarter-on-quarter, what is driving this improvement beyond, let's say, forex INR depreciation against some of the currencies? Has there been significant benefit coming from the Kakinada unit, the backward integration that we are doing?

The first one on the capex. So, in quarter 1, we had guided for around ₹2,000 crores of capex for FY26. But if I see the cash flows, we have already spent around ₹1,550 crores in the first half. So is second half going to be more or less muted? Or are we going to raise the capex guidance further for FY26?
So, our capex guidance, ma'am, was around ₹ 2,000 crores for FY 26. If I see the spend on the property, plant and equipment for the first half, it's almost around ₹1,550 crores. Right? So, is there more room for us to do more capex in the second half? So, would the capex be higher than ₹2,000 crores for FY26?

Sir, just one on the potential losses from the new units. You suggested that the first month from just two hospital is around INR15 crore, and we are guiding for a full year losses of INR150 crore. So, is it more conservative number because the annualized losses itself would be more like INR1 80 crore. I am sure it would improve in the existing units. But the 150 number, is it more conservative on the side, given we are also opening a greenfield in Gurugram, which would definitely take some more time versus the brownfield that we are doing.
Sure, sir. And second one on the GMV growth that we guided, we suggested that we would be ending the year with 30% GMV growth. So that means Q4 would be 30% or we guided for the 20%, 30% for full year FY '26?

Hi. Thank you for the opportunity. I think just continuing on previous participant's question, if you could provide exact organic growth for our base business, that would be great. At least for the next couple of quarters till we see the annualisation of BSV business?
Okay. Perfect. And we are seeing that Panacea portfolio grew 25% year-on-year, which is a very small portfolio, right? Rs. 200 crore something. But then of the 10%, then it would have still be part of meaningful growth. Is that the way to put it?

First question on the top -line growth outlook. I think we have provided outlook on R&D, EBITDA margin. But if you could also provide our expectation for the overall top-line and as well as U.S. and, a related question is, Tolvaptan contribution in Q1 FY26, whether it was a partial contribution or a full quarter contribution?
And second one on the India business. The overall India business growth seems to be lower than our formulation business. So has the adjacency which is a small part of the business, has that kind of impacted, or there was a tender business last year that has impacted the growth? How should we think about it?

The first question on the nano paclitaxel launch that we are anticipating in U.S. in the near term. Umang, how are we looking at this market, given there are other players with a 505 (b)(2) kind of product. And then with our product, how are we positioned to gain market share? And is there any technicalities regarding a channel -- a particular channel of selling? If you could highlight those aspects would be great.
What would be your estimate of the total addressable market now?

Good evening and thank you for the opportunity a nd congratulations on great top line momentum. I have a question on gross margin. I think the clarification was good, but let's say from here on, how should we t hink about the run rate maybe on an annual basis? What's the range that we should look at? Is it 50% kind of run rate that we should look at adjusting for this 4.5% one off? And secondly, let's say once the iodinated ABA HCL kind of grows, how that 53% could move? Any clarity on that could be helpful. And then, I have more questions. I will come back.
So, should we expect it to improve from the levels, current levels or how should we think about it?

The first question on the top line growth. So , we have been suggesting that we have seen good momentum in terms of the new RFPs, and we have converted majority of these new projects into a long -term agreement. But then it's not reflecting at least in our guidance, right? So , are these very long gestation period projects wherein they will have an impact maybe a couple of years down the line? How should we think about it? And then given that biotech funding has not recovered too much, at least in 2025 year -to-date, it's still down. Is it that the number of RFP in the market has kind of reduced, though we are seeing growth over what we are -- we used to see? So basically, TA M has reduced, but we are seeing more traction. How to think about all these variables, let's say, for the next couple of years?
Yes, yes, it broadly answers my question. Just a follow -up on the EBITDA margin guidance. I understand that there will be operating costs related to the new plant, Unit 3 as well as the U.S.- based plant till the time they ramp up, this thing will continue. But is it also a function of a lower potential lower biologics revenue given the inventory normalization that we are expecting next year?

I wanted to understand on the ARV business. I know that US AID is not a big part of our ARV business. But after the announcement, what are you seeing on the ground and what are some of the latest developments on that front?
And sir let's say there is a risk mitigation plan because we would be deploying meaningful capacity towards this business. So I want to un derstand, is it possible to pause capex for us for now and utilize these capacities for the CDMO business rather than doing incremental capex? Because anyway, there are a lot of uncertainties, the margins are not that great. So is it a possibility that you would put, when you look at all business segments?
