Sir, my first one was on the domestic API business. I think in our export API, broadly realizations have started stabilizing. But in the d omestic API, just wanted to get some sense if the Y-o-Y decline is still largely a function of re alizations remaining under pressure. Or have volumes also sort of come down? Just wanted to get some sense around it.
Got it. Sir, secondly, just on the margin expansion that we have seen this quarter on a Y-o-Y basis. So I think the consol margin expansion is a bit higher versus what you have seen on a stand-alone basis, though Unichem margins, I think, have come down. So wanted to get some color around what is driving that. And is it also sort of linked to the fact that ex of Unichem revenue, if I look at it from ot hers, that is a bit lower this quarter. So is that linked to that? I wanted to get some color around it?

I think in one of our earlier responses, we mentioned double -digit growth in contrast media in FY27. So does that imply we'll potentially exceed our FY23 peak in terms of revenue in FY27? And a related question is whether this trial order from a Japanese customer which you mentioned in the presentation, whether that will also contribute. And also wanted to check which product are we referring to for this new customer? Is this iodinated APA? Or is it some new product? Just wanted to check that.
Got it. Any comment on this new product which you are shipping to a Japanese customer, which one is it?

Hi, thanks for taking my question. My first one was on the CMI business. So, the part of the revenue getting re cognized this quarter, so given the input terms, isn't that probably a regular feature every quarter or is there something that was drastically different? Because typically in any case, you would end up recognizing only a part of what we end up producing in this business segment, right?
Got it. And just a related question. So, I think we have been guiding to 2H recovery in the CMI business. Now, if I look at 1H, we have been flattish, Y-o-Y. 2H, could we see an upt ake on a Y-o-Y basis or how should we think about CMI revenue in the second half?

Hi, thanks for taking my question. The first one was on the respiratory assets, the four which we are guiding to the next year. And three, I think, are filed from the US. The fourth one, we filed from Goa and not Indore. Is that right? I think we have said that in the past, the partnered asset is from Goa. So, that is from Goa, right? This is not contingent on Indore getting re -inspected and cleared?
Got it. And just the second one on the opening remarks, which we had made. The US based ex- revlimid grew in double digits, right? And that base, when we are referring to that, obviously includes Lanreotide. Is that the right understanding?

My first question is again on the domestic piece, particularly the trade generic business. This quarter on the relatively lower 1Q base last year, would it have grown at low single digits? Or was growth a bit higher than that? I just wanted to check that.
Got it, sir. Sir, my second question was on the Indore facility. Now given that it's been slightly more than 2 years now. So is that facility up for a reinspection this year? And how prepared are we in case we face a reinspection sometime this year?

My first one was on the partnered inhalation asset, which we had filed a few quarters back. Just wanted to check if we are on track to commercialize this asset sometime next year. And also just wanted to check which facility is this asset now filed sir?
Got it. My second question was on the domestic business. I think we mentioned in the opening remarks that the Consumer Health business saw double-digit growth this quarter. Would it be fair to assume that the trade generic business also grew in double digits this quarter?

Hi, thanks for taking my question. First one was just wanted to get your sense on the broader US biosimilar landscape, given that our incremental investments are being directed towards biosims. We're increasingly seeing PBMs launching their own private labels. I think starting this year, several Humira® biosimilars will also face formulary exclusions. So how do you see the overall US biosimilar landscape shaping up, given that there are several products in the pipeline?
That's helpful. And secondly, just had a question on DFD -29. Are we also eligible for sales- based royalties here given that the product has now been approved?

Hi! Thanks for taking my question. My first one was on the launch of an auto - injector Ilum ya in Canada. So, I wanted to get your thoughts to possibly move beyond the usual physician - For further updates and specific queries, please visit www.sunpharma.com or feel free to contact Abhishek Sharma, +91 22 43242929, abhi.sharma@sunpharma.com, Gaurav Chugh, +91 22 43245373, gaurav.chugh@sunpharma.com, administer setting. So, do we also have plans to do this in the US? So, I just want to understand that. And just a related question, for Psoriatic Arthritis, is it reasonable to expect a launch towards the FY27?
Got it. Thanks. That is helpful. Just a second question is on India. So, do we also plan to launch Sema tablets post-March? Just wanted to check that.

Hi. Thanks for taking my question. My first question w as on Ilumya. I think our partner in Europe has commercialized 200 mg version there. Just wanted to understand the thought process and if we have plans to also sort of commercialize it in the US market?
Got it. And secondly, on MM-II, I think we have passed Phase-2, and I think we also have a fast-track designation here. I just wanted to understand why we are looking to sort of enter into a partnership to commercialize this? Is it largely because it doesn't fall within a broader Onco-Derma framework? Or why this change in the commercialization strategy?

Hi, thanks for taking my question. My first question was on the domestic business. I think this quarter we have seen a 14% growth on a relatively higher 1Q base. And last few quarters, also if I look at our growth rates, it's not a significant divergence but a marginal divergence versus what secondary s ales growth trends would indicate. So I just wanted to understand if the OTC portfolio is now becoming a major part of our domestic piece and probably there are a few sales channels which are not getting captured. Is it what is driving this marginal growth divergence versus what we see in secondary sales trends?
Okay, got it. So my second question was, again, last quarter we had indicated that we are looking to launch a few new products in the diabetes and weight loss management space in the domestic market going forward. Just wanted to understand how this will sort of reshape the income and treatment regimen, particularly for diabetes. Because while the incremental opportunity size probably is being talked about, just wanted to understand how the current standard of care treatment could get disrupted when some of these new launches come in starting next year?

My first question was on the domestic piece. So, when we are alluding to volume- led growth, would there be a meaningful difference in terms of volume growth across town classes that you ’re seeing in our portfolio? Would volume growth be meaningfully higher in metros and Tier 1 towns for us as opposed to, say, class 2 to 4 towns and rural markets? For further updates and specific queries, please visit www.sunpharma.com or feel free to contact Abhishek Sharma, +91 22 43242929, abhi.sharma@sunpharma.com, Gaurav Chugh, +91 22 43245373, gaurav.chugh@sunpharma.com,
My second question was on SCD-044. So, I understand that Amgen has received an approval for Otezla for pediatric use. And while this is an age group where there is no other approved option right now. So, is that a patient population group that we could also potentially target?

My first one was on the Antibe acquisition. I just wanted to check. I think the company's lead drug was placed under a clinical hold sometime in March last year. So has that hold been subsequently been lifted by the FDA?
Got it. My second question was on the ex- Taro, ex-REVLIMID generic business. So while I think you alluded to the REVLIMID decline Q -o-Q, but has there also been a mea ningful decline sequentially in the ex-Taro ex REVLIMID piece as well?
